Believe all the bad reviews cause they?re all true! You?ve been warned! Went 10/28 and asked for 10 piece lemon pepper and got... some wet sauce instead. Went to the drink machine to get a soda, no straws available and no napkins. Food took nearly 40 mins tocome out. Went to the restroom while I waited, surprise? No tissue or paper towel! Smh?shut this place down NOW! It?s clearlyhorribly run and the people that work there are very incompetent. Read more

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this place could be a gamble if you want decent service. They went under new management a few... weeks ago, and I can tell the service standards have improved. However, sometimes after I receive my food, I find myself askingfor items that I had already requested while I was ordering at the cashier. Some staff members also have some room forimprovement in interacting with customers. Read more

This is an awful establishment. Staff are so incredibly rude - no attempt at professionalism, they just show open disdain for... people trying to order. But worse than this they are extremely aggressive. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe here. A staff memberbehaved threateningly towards me when I was politely ordering food, then completely ignored me so he could leer at a femalecustomer and try to get her number. I would not recommend anyone go here. Read more

Even though the store was basically empty it took so long to get our order taken. The staff was rude, asked my name for the order... and blatantly told me he would refer to me as ?ok? even when I spelled my name out. There were so many bugs. They left my foodlaying somewhere when it was done without telling me and the screen was incorrect so we were just standing there yet they handedmy friend her food.Wouldn?t go again Read more

The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The manager makes you seem like a hassle and the employees don?t even acknowledge you... when you walk in. This is the first and last time I will ever come to this location. I was very uncomfortable and was treatedvery disrespectfully and hateful. No words can describe the service I received from the Emory location. This is definitely not agood representation of an establishment. Read more

I made an order over the phone for pick up made sure the order was repeated back to me. Pick up the food and returned to work... only to see I didn?t get what I ordered. I called the store and the girl who took my order answered I explained what happenedand she basically disregarded they messed up my order. N told me she trying to understand what I want them to do and put me onhold. When she came back on the phone she told me bring back the food after work I told her that defeats the purpose of my lunchand she said well sorry I can?t help you. I will NEVER eat from that wild wings again. I order boneless and received traditionalafter repeating my order Read more

OK you guys. I am so sad that I am even having to write this review. I really like this place and I usually go every time I work... in that area. The staff in the service is so terrible it makes me sick. They are very rude , they play music loud in the kitchenthey curse while they are on the phone, they are very unprofessional! It breaks my heart to see it because it is mainlyAfrican-American employees working in there. The male employees wear their pants sagging and their bottoms showing. It isterrible! I really love this place and I love the wings here and the fries are my favorite but this service is why I will not bereturning to this establishment anymore. It is very much a disaster in there .
