I was in the drive through for 20 minutes before i parked my car there and walked inside. Apparently only 4 employees working... when they "need 8 people" as the tall older gentleman informed me. I work at a doctor's office I only have 30 minutes lunchbreak. If it takes me longer than 30 minutes just to go through your drive-thru alone and you are that short-staffed maybe youshould just close your drive through. And please explain why more focus is placed on your inside orders when you have a linewrapping around your building of cars blocking traffic. Don't people use drive-thrus for quicker service? Shouldn't that meanyou focus more on your drive-thru speed? Just wondering I don't own a fast food restaurant but that seems like common sense.Basic restaurant functions can't be met then close the drive thru and save us all from wasting time Read more

Placed an order through the app for drive thru pick up, arrived at 9:08PM on a Friday 10/14/22. Drive thru lane was blocked off.... Parked just as the lights shut off and the manager walked out and locked the door behind him. I asked if they were closing, andhe said yes because he had been there since 5PM and it?s the second night in a row they?ve left him there by himself. He told meI could request a refund through the app, which I did. He was friendly, and I understand. Employees are sick of being takenadvantage of. Online it shows this location opens at 6am! I arrived at 6:21 and the drive thru was blocked and the lights were off. Thought I... would stop for breakfast before I head into work. Placed my order around shift change and it got lost in the sauce during a rush. Management apologized and upgraded my fry size +... drink. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Read more

I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars. I made a mobile order but the order didn?t come through. I spoke with the store manager... and he said I had to get with the Burger King app team to get my money back. He didn?t try to contact the app team to resolvethis issue, and rather asked me to solve it with the team without involving the store in resolution communication. This is thesecond time that happened to this store, and I?m not coming to this store again. I requested refund online and hope to get mymoney back from Burger King without having to prove that I didn?t get food here. Read more

I am beyond disappointed. Visiting my mother and she was hungry. I downloaded the Uber app for her. She wanted her favorite,... which is Burger King. So we ordered. I wish I could share the pics. This whopper had 1 peace of lettuce 2 inches long and 1inchwide, it had no tomatoes which I ordered tomatoes. It was so poorly made. The person who made that needs to be asked would theybe happy with that. The fries we ordered a largelarge for 3.39, the fries were half full.I am not understanding me paying forsomething with instructions and not receiving it. I will be emailing Corp with pics. There is no excuse for poor service. Momis 80 and highly ????. I would never order from there again, Period. Please refund me my money. Read more
