WOW!! I’ve tried plenty of Caribbean, Jamaican, etc. restaurants around ATL. But this brings the heat! This is an amazing... local treat to me! I can’t believe it’s been here for this many years and yet to have stepped in till now! I will be back, thank you so Much for the amazing hospitality. The food was so hot and fresh I had to let it cool down for at least 5 minutes. So delicious that I had to burn my tongue to try a bite or two because I couldn’t wait! Outstanding, and will make sureeveryone knows about this spot! Read more

Excellent Caribbean food. The rice and peas were full of flavor, the coconut shrimp was excellent. The shrimp was cooked very... well and was crispy. The oxtails were seasoned perfectly along with a cabbage. The jerk chicken was pure perfection. Just enoughspice and not too hot. Will definitely recommend friends and family to eat here. Great job chef Rob and staff. Read more

If I could give them half of a star I would first of all I made the mistake of ordering through DoorDash. I’ve never ordered... from this restaurant I got the seafood pasta chicken eggroll and sorrel drink. I never received my sorrel drink the Dasher saidthey never gave him the drink I called the store the phone person said she was sure she handed the Dasher the drink. the pastawas spicy and flavorless which is like the worst two combination the eggroll was also flavorless and soggy by the time I got tome. First and last time ordering as a Jamaican this place is completely over hyped especially for the price I paid . Zero starsif I could. Read more

My husband and I came here for lunch after church. The food was great. However it is overpriced and the portion sizes are small.... We paid $11 for jerk egg rolls and it was two egg rolls cut in half. For me and my husbands entree and appetizer we spent $75.We weren’t made aware that they charge for substitutions and additional oxtail gravy sauces. We asked for water and they gaveus bottled water with their logo on it and charged $3 per bottle. If you wanted to get a refill it would’ve been $3 extradollars. Also when we went into the bathroom the soap bottle was filled with mostly water. If I’m paying $75 for me and myhusband’s lunch and 18% gratuity is being included in the meal, I expect great service. They have 5 star prices and 1 starservice. Extra: The owner needs to know that because you have upscale in your name doesn’t make you an upscale restaurant.Water filled soap bottles, tables are broken, and below average service makes this a below average restaurant. They will not getour money again. I feel bad writing a negative review about a black owned business but obviously based on prices and servicethey don’t care about their customers. Read more

Definitely a whole vibe! The food, the music (live DJ), the staff, the lounge were all great. Definitely a grown and sexy vibe!

The food was deelish! Perfectly seasoned. The mac n cheese was on point, with the exception of the watery sauce that formed... underneath. The oxtail was seasoned just right (not too much, not too little) and the steam cabbage was pretty good too! Ibought a large red peas soup to go but have not eaten it yet. Will update review when I do. I paid $47.16 for the food, soup, and a bottled pineapple soda. Not bad considering how good the food was, how large of a container the soup is in and theportion size of the food. The server was super sweet and attentive so I gave more than the recommended 18% tip. Was totallyworth the experience. The lounge part does not open til 7p-2a I was told. Would've been nice to eat in the upscale lounge, whichis kind of why I went. So, I'm giving it a 4/5 only because the lounge was off limits. The food and service definitely 5/5stars!!! UPDATE: I tried to eat the red peas soup later that night and was so disappointed! It was extremely salty, there wasliterally no meat in the entire soup, and there was literally 1 piece of dumpling in the entire container. I tried to doctor itup because I hate wasting money but I just couldn't get pass how salty it was and ended up just tossing the whole thing awayafter a few spoons full. Read more

I've been coming here for a few years now for various events. Ive taken cooking classes here, had dinner and even come to hang... out in the lounge for comedy shows. The food is consistent and the crowd is comfortable. My favorite dishes are the oxtails andthe mango chicken. I recommend this spot for some good Jamaican food or a night out. Read more

Okay so the food was pretty good. They have this fast and casual dining thing they offer. Which is definitely different but we... still had a waiter. They have a lounge and a cafe. You cant bring any food or drink from the lounge to the cafe or from the cafeto the lounge. I thought that was weird since there was only a sliding door separating the two sides and all the food comes fromone kitchen. The staff was pretty friendly. I may revisit to just check out the lounge. Read more
