This location is very drive through and delivery oriented. There was only one cashier for those eating inside and take out... order's, and service was slower than we are used to from other Chick-fil-A locations. I love Chick-fil-A and normally have good experiences until this location. I ordered a Cobb salad for lunch delivery. They... forgot the salad. I tried calling the store several times, with no answer. I had to call generic customer service and sit onhold before reaching anyone... and it's still not resolved. I have come to this chickfila since 2015. However, the past year this location has gone completely downhill. Everytime i come... here which is pretty frequent, my order is always wrong. When i say no bacon on my salad, there?s bacon. When i ask for grillednuggets, i get fried nuggets. In addition to always getting my order wrong, the staff has become worse and worse. Chick-fil-A isknown for their stellar customer service but here, everyone is so rude! As someone who works in the hospitality industry, theyneed to do better. You would think with this location being next to the highway they would work on order accuracy. Kayla took my order I asked for... cheese on my sandwich as well as creamy salsa. She said ?okay? when I asked for both and didn?t receive them. Also after I wasgiven my food I had to wait and hold up the line to get someone?s attention for straws. I love Chick Fil A but this location is one of the worst I?ve been to. Sadly this is the closest one we live to, but out of the... 50 times we have been our order has only been correct 3 of those times. The wait is usually fairly long, but the worst is thatsomething from our order is always forgotten or left out. If we catch it, which we usually do, it takes about 10-15 minutes justto get attention from staff and get the correct item from our order. Really hope to see this problem fixed in the near future. I?ve lived in Atlanta for 7 months now and I typically looveee chick fil a. In the time I have lived here, about 95% of the time... my order is always wrong. It clearly says one spicy deluxe and one grilled club. What do I get?? Surprise surprise! I get twogrilled clubs and not even the honey roasted sauce that should come with it! I love Chick-fil-A food. I also love how quick they are. This location isn't as fast as others because there are two drive-thru... lanes, but they still move fairly fast and the service was great! Read more
