This location has been closed for like 3 months now so that y?all can remodel it?. It looks the exact same so y?all just ruined... my life for 3 months for nothing??? I wish I could give this place a higher review, and the reason I am giving them a 2 rather than a 1 is because to be honest, its... very convenient for me to keep going back despite all of their glaring shortcomings. That being said, this is easily the worstChick-Fil-A franchise in the Atlanta area. I'm amazed at how consistently they get our order wrong. Whether we go through thedrive through, or order delivery, they mess up the order more often than they get it right. I'm at my wits-end, why are all ofthe other Chick-Fil-A's in the area so much better than this one? Management needs to step in and do something, its gettingridiculous. Read more
I foolishly gave this location another chance. I ordered a 12 count meal and specified I wanted the fries and drink medium. I... get to the window and was handed just the nuggets. After clarifying my order I was asked to pay for the fries that were not rangin. In the hast of trying to correct my order I was handed my fries and departed only to realize I was never handed my drink.Due to the one way in and impossibility of making a u-turn I decided to take my L, however I promise to NEVER return as this isa constant issue when I visit this location. Pathetic, came this morning for a biscuit and hash browns. Waited 20 minutes and realized i was the first to order but the only... person (black) still waiting on their food. Got home and saw that they charged me for a chicken biscuit (I can?t eat meat) droveback up there and waited 20 minutes while they corrected my order. At this point I was no longer hungry and asked for a refund.They accidentally only refunded the biscuit, I had to drive back up there to get the whole order (hashbrowns, tea and abiscuit) refunded. All while receiving attitudes. Which I?ve never experienced at this restaurant. This particular location was different. When I got my order it was wrong.. label was correct - sandwich wrong. After they fixed... it, the cheese was cold and the chicken was like warm. The chicken was extremely thin. This just to say not all Chick's are thesame. Read more
We?ve consistently had great experiences at this location. Our orders are prepared accurately and quickly. We also like that... they offer curbside pickup. Great work, team! Read more
When visiting Chick-fil-a's, I always order via the CFA app and use curbside pickup (if available). I applaud this location for... the progress they have made since the beginning of the pandemic. It's not perfect, but this is now one of my favorite locationsto go to in this area. The parking lot can get a bit tight at times (and some drivers carelessly block others in the parkinglot) but way better quality and service than the CFA location off 285 and South Cobb. Read more
