Update: 10/15/2022 This location has gone down hill!!!! The customer service, the food quality, and the cleanliness of the... restaurant and the outside area. The worst part is the staff and the owner could careless as I've mentioned it before. ???? Lookat the pictures I just took. Dirty and unsanitary! Good morning, I want to say I frequent this location several times a weekfor breakfast as well as dinner. While I've never had a bad experience nor my order being wrong the one time I did the lady thatI interacted with yesterday treated me as if I was lying. I came and ordered the same thing I always do for my son and I (2 sixcount chicken nugget kids meals one with a sweet tea and the other with a large coke totalling $11.44) I received chickentenders instead no big deal I'll call and let them know because I never have a problem and chik-fil-a has great customerservice. I spoke with Chelsie and she told me to come back whenever and she'd take my name and replace it. Well I told theperson I didn't need my receipt so I didn't have it. I came back yesterday 4/12 the young lady at the walk up window I'massuming she's a shift lead did not want to replace my order. I told her I'm here twice a day check my app and several storeemployees know me because I'm here so much! It was like pulling teeth with her. Because of this I no longer feel comfortablecoming to this location and spending my money I would rather drive to the Hammond drive location. I was a loyal customer everysingle day. I oder food on the mobile app, and use reqard points for a Mac and cheese. I wait in the drive-through which we all know goes... at a snails pace at this cfa for some reason all the time. I pick up the food I see on the way home no Mac and cheese I go back,and they tell me they've been out of it. So they know they didn't have any and never told me, and weren't going to tellme. Won't be back to this location, the owner needs to do some work to get this back to a decent cfa again. Read more
The Chick-fil-A on Roswell never disappoints. I don?t order often but the chicken sandwich is always good, crispy on the outside... tender on the inside. The service is the quickest as far as fast food go. The employees are always nice. Read more
Updated/New review for summer '22. Since some rock bottom points in 2021, the last few visits have been consistently excellent.... Food is prepared well, lines move, friendly, etc. Whatever you are doing it's working. Good work!! Read more
Very poor service. While in line I got some very shocking news that someone I knew passed. While in shock and going through many... emotions. The lady who gave me my food tells me I didn?t pay. (In the middle of me trying to compose myself from crying) Mindyou I payed in cash and didn?t get a receipt bc I was still very much in shock from the news I received. The lady then proceedsto accuse me again of not paying after I?ve insisted to her I did, finally I told her she needed to take it up with the personwho accepts cash. (I politely stayed to clear the situation even though I knew I payed and had my food.) She then returns andsays ?you?re good?. No apology or anything . I get home to find out the dressing I ordered isn?t there. I then had to go all theway back just for the dressing. I thought this as a perfect opportunity to let a manager know what happen. The manager?sresponse was simply I?m sorry , ???? the employee wasn?t addressed. There was no effort to remedy the situation with anythingcomplementary. How?s that for Chick fil a?s ?good service ? Standard Chick-fil-A fare but it is incredibly slow going through the drive through - like I could probably have gone to any... typical "sit-down" restaurant and gotten my food in about the same amount of time. I understand it's because the place is busybut it gets to a point where it's just not worth it and my last two trips here have been well past that point. Read more
I?m pretty sure this are fly eggs. When I got home a HUGE FLY came out the box. I wasn?t sure but once I looked at the tenders I... saw white egg saks . The manager gave me a refund and said it?s ? coater from the batter ? I?ve eaten fried chicken many timesand I?ve never saw white egg saks on the chicken. Read more
