Terrible location - Ordered via app with a delivery time frame that was 17-27 minutes. After an hour I tried calling and their... phone number doesn?t even work. I triple checked their listed phone number on the app, Google and through Apple Maps and allsame non-working number. This location does not have curbside pick up available. I?ve went a few times and each time, the option was unavailable in the... app. We had breakfast here and the service was quick. I ordered as a carry out through the app. We got a couple of chickenbiscuits. The biscuits were probably the most perfectly cooked biscuit I?ve had from a Chick-fil-A EVER however it overpoweredthe tiny piece of chicken placed on the biscuit. I frequent chick Fil-A and this was the worst experience I?ve had in years. The young lady at window in drive thru was extremely... dismissive seemed very miserable. My bread on chicken sandwich was hard and old. The fries were somehow old (This is at 11:10am.) then as I?m peeling off hard chunks of bread to salvage my lunch. The chicken is not even a single piece as normal. It isinstead 2 broken pieces that were squished together. I will NEVER go here again. Read more

This location has definitely stepped it up within the past month or two! Thank god! The drive thru attendants are nice and... accommodating (which I couldn?t say about them before) and my order has been accurate each time. Although I did get a stalebrownie at one point, overall I am pleased with my most recent experiences here. They also haven?t asked me to pull around andwait for parts of my order which used to happen a lot. Awesome improvements! This is the type of service I expect when I come toCFA!
