Terrible location - Ordered via app with a delivery time frame that was 17-27 minutes. After an hour I tried calling and their... phone number doesn?t even work. I triple checked their listed phone number on the app, Google and through Apple Maps and allsame non-working number. This location does not have curbside pick up available. I?ve went a few times and each time, the option was unavailable in the... app. We had breakfast here and the service was quick. I ordered as a carry out through the app. We got a couple of chickenbiscuits. The biscuits were probably the most perfectly cooked biscuit I?ve had from a Chick-fil-A EVER however it overpoweredthe tiny piece of chicken placed on the biscuit. Market salad with chicken nuggets and light balsamic vinaigrette was delicious!! Fries were tasty and not so salty! Oreo... milkshake are the bomb! Spicy deluxe sandwich was yummy! Everything was fresh and scrumptious! Highly recommended!! Read more
I frequent chick Fil-A and this was the worst experience I?ve had in years. The young lady at window in drive thru was extremely... dismissive seemed very miserable. My bread on chicken sandwich was hard and old. The fries were somehow old (This is at 11:10am.) then as I?m peeling off hard chunks of bread to salvage my lunch. The chicken is not even a single piece as normal. It isinstead 2 broken pieces that were squished together. I will NEVER go here again. Read more
The store employees need more training. It is a very busy store, which makes this even more important. I ordered, was not... asked if it was dine in or to go. Si sat down even tho the cashier had not given me a table marker. The same cashiereventually brought my food but it was packed in a to go bag AND did not include my drink. I went to the counter and asked formy drink. The cashier replied saying something I could not understand. I got my drink, thanked the cashier but did not get a"my pleasure" or a reply of any kind. Granted it was busy, lunch time and she had customers lined up at her register. But thatis no excuse. I went back to my table and enjoyed my lunch, still frustrated with th cashier. Additionally, I was at firstconcerned about a pla e to sit and didn't want to eat in my car but found a vacant table in the small area that they had openfor dine in. I came to this location on my lunch break and the experience was fantastic! The gentleman who took my order was attentive, and... my order was correct, hot and fresh when I arrived to the window. The flavor of my spicy chicken sandwich was superb! One of thebest locations in Atlanta by far I plan on taking a photo of the detailed presentation but devoured my meal after one bite! Read more
Terrible experience. 30 minute wait for food. System was down, but team members had no idea what to do in this situation. They... all stood around looking at the person fixing the computer instead of helping the people waiting on the food. I asked if I couldjust show my receipt so they could get my food and they said, ?no, your not the only person who has an order.? I then watchedtwo people come into the restaurant, order, and get their food while I still haven?t had mine. Had to say something to teammembers 3 times before I got my food. This location has definitely stepped it up within the past month or two! Thank god! The drive thru attendants are nice and... accommodating (which I couldn?t say about them before) and my order has been accurate each time. Although I did get a stalebrownie at one point, overall I am pleased with my most recent experiences here. They also haven?t asked me to pull around andwait for parts of my order which used to happen a lot. Awesome improvements! This is the type of service I expect when I come toCFA!
