Ordered a meal right before they closed and they forgot my sauce. Went back around to the drive thru. Had to yell through the... window that they forgot my sauce in my bag. I was told that the manager said that they couldn?t open the window to simply handme a sauce that they left out of my bag. I ordered through the app for a carry out order and I must say this is the first time in a LONG time Chick-fil-A disappointed... me. This tells me this particular restaurant needs QA. Our drinks were not full, the kid?s meal had fries when we ordered Macand cheese, our fries were so soggy they folded over yet they were brown and filled half way, my chicken tenders had two smallpieces and two regular sized pieces. I?m not sure if this particular franchisee is attempting portion control and if so this isa very tacky way to do so.
