I love chick fil a but this was the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at one. I showed up an hour before they closed and... they just locked the door on me and said they were closing early and one kid working there tried to let me in because I guess heknew what the right thing to do was and his colleagues pulled him away and ignored me. Received a notification someone was on the way with my order waited 15 minutes no one showed so I called and was told they have... my order and will be bringing it out. Why send the notification that it?s on the way if it?s not actually on the way. Waited 40minutes for curbside pick up. I don?t think curbside is a good option for this location too overwhelming for the staff. Read more
