Went to Chick-fil-A this morning and ordered a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich and hash browns. I asked for honey and ketchup. I... didn?t check my bag as I should have. Got to work and only had a sandwich in my bag. I had strawberry jelly and no honey. Notsure why the operator Alex did not get this right. It was a very simple order. I had placed a Delivery order for breakfast over an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. It was supposed to be delivered... at 10:18. I check the app and it still wasn't even made and was showing 11:30 delivery. I called the store and they put me onhold to tell me they are going to talk to a driver and see about having my ordered delivered. My food was hot & ready. Cashier who took my order was very patient & polite. And the store was cleaned when I observed.... Everybody was wearing masks. And Everybody was busy. Keep up the good work. I placed a curbside order for my family of 4. I realized that only one of our 4 orders was correct. I spoke with an employee who... agreed to correct it. I then received a ?corrected? bag of food.
