Great service! Being short staffed on Sunday, it was challangung to cover tables and and the bar area with two waitresses. Quick... and efficient service, properly delivered beverages and meals - awesome! ...until I started to pay the bill on the littleelectronic device (little touch screen self service device) that you find on every table. Everything was correctly included onthe bill - appetizer, meals, beverages, discounts/rewards. On the "Select the Tip" screen, the percentages/$$ amounts caught myattention. For a second I thought they were incorrect. The calculator assured me that tips of 18%, 20%, 22% are/were incorrect.The total amount for the tab was 44.74 (including tax $3.78). The 18% tip that was offered on the electronic device was $9.05.The 20% tip (of $44.74) was calculated as $10.05. The 22% = $11.06. I customized it and left a gratitude of $8.05 (18% of$44.74). Future customers, do not let these instruments trick you (Camp Creek management.....benefit of a doubt). Read more

My family and I walk into the Chilis and the first thing we noticed is the ?short staffed? sign place on the door, so we... obviously expected slow service, but never did we expect the HORRIBLE service that we were faced against. We were seated and notattended to until one of us flagged down a server? we ordered and waited for our drinks which wasn?t too bad, but all thetrouble started when they brought out the food! My crispy chicken sandwich reeked of peanut butter, and it also tasted like it,due to the old peanut oil. The Chicken on our salad was uncooked and cold, and so was some of our other food. So this was a fail as far as the service is concerned but the food is really good. Me and two other friends went here for lunch... and it wasn't busy at all, however each of our meals came out separately. Again the food was amazing but we didn't really havelunch together. Fortunately the manager came out addressed the situation and agreed to comp the food for us. I felt bad for thewaitress because I know she was fighting for us and I didn't have cash to leave a tip. I ordered through door dash and it was a terrible experience. Once I started eating the food had a weird taste. I put my fork... down because I thought I saw hair. When I picked it up it was instead a baby roach. I was disappointed and disgusted. I willnever go again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go. Read more

So I ordered through doordash and the food I received I just couldn't believe the cook still decided to package my food and... still send .This is ridiculous and unacceptable. PEOPLE IF ITS AFTER TEN AND YOU DONT CLOSE TIL 11:30 OR 12 .We the customersstill want fresh food .Employees get lazy and just do paying customers any kind of way . Read more

Waitress was pretty polite, food took about 30 mins top was not crowded, ice cream was awful it tasted cheap cookie wasn?t done... in the inside but ion mind eating half baked chocolate chip cookie. Plenty of food to take home afterwards. Will return overall Read more

This place should simply close. I arrived around 1:50 waited over 30 mins for a server. The host when we walked in informed us... of everything they didn?t have, pasta, ranch, potatoes, and a few other essential food items ? we agreed & sat as we were comingfor $5 margaritas. There was no seats at the bar, the server eventually came? she was the only one working the dining room. 1bartender 1 server & 1 host who sat on her phone in the corner? the food came first the margaritas came as desert I suppose? fora Sunday afternoon this was a hour plus wait for a quick bite & the best thing was the salad. I understand being understaffeddue to pandemic but when you have 2 employees and 10 tables sat & a full bar you should close. The whole entire restaurant is indespair at this point. Read more
