At the very least, work on customer service when you?re the customers first impression. I have been a hostess and I?ve worked in... food service since I started working, but this was something else. We were greeted by a manager and told the wait would be 10minutes. A few minutes later, the actual hostess arrived and began asking several other parties for the number of people andtold them their wait would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, the hostess began actually asking for names and phone numbers tofinally organize who came first and who to seat. This organization had to be prompted by a guest asking how she knew who wasgoing first. She seemed to be irritated by us all. I watched three parties leave, and another 30 minutes later we were finallysat. Our poor, but extremely kind server had just been triple sat by the same hostess within 10 minutes. Our waitress Ashley was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She checks on you regularly to make sure you have what you need and she made me... two STRONG drinks, just the way I like it! Some of the rudest staff and management I have ever met. This location closes 1-2 hours early consistently, if it wasn?t one of... the few restaurants still open on my way home I would have stopped coming a long time ago but I am no longer returning to thislocation. It happens so often that I now call to confirm if they?re open they?re regular hours or closing early. Tonight I wastold that they would be open they?re regular hours so I decided to stop by after work with some colleagues for a quick bite only to find the door locked at 10:05 (the restaurant closes at 11) . When I asked for a manager the staff was very rude anddismissive, after waiting for quite a bit, a ?manager? came out and when I asked for a card to contact higher management orcorporate I was informed they didn?t have any and I would have to call their customer service line, I told him he?s lying andthat they have a GM or AGM card in the store because I?ve worked at restaurants before,and he finally provided me with the GMbusiness card ( Andrew Moffett) all in all a terrible experience and I didn?t even get to eat. I feel Chili?s isn?t what it used to be for me. Ashley was our server and she was wonderful. They triple sat her when we... arrived, but we never felt ignored. We met up with some friends and ate dinner at this location last night. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very... friendly and attentive. When the kitchen was backed up, she kept us informed and refilled our bottomless chips. We didn't haveto wait too long. When the pool ayment machine froze and failed to work correctly m, she figured it out. She used humor and madeour visit light hearted. Our take out meal was quickly done. Everyone's food was fine and tasted good. I ordered the shrimptacos and doubled the rice instead of the black beans.Strawberry lemonade is always ordered. The 2 for $25 is no longeravailable it nationwide and the 3 for $10 has increased in price, of which I'm sure is due to inflation and the ever increasingcost of food. Read more
I enjoyed my dining experience here. My friend and I both ordered steaks, and we got a great deal with the Pick 3 special they... had. A drink, an appetizer, and an entreé..all for $10. All of our food came out great. our waitress wasn't the friendliest,but she was efficient. Masks were mandatory until we were seated. Great place for a lunch meet up. Read more
