Food was horrible. No flavor. I literally picked over my food.

First time I had eaten at Chipotle not bad at all. Only thing I wish they had ground beef other than that I enjoyed eating here.

I love Chipolte - but I will never go back to this location. Ever. It's the closet location, by far, to my house so I really,... really wanted to make it work. Every time we go, however, the service is consistently terrible. There is seemingly nomanagement at all and it shows. The place is dirty, the counter is dirty, the bathroom is dirty. We went this evening andwaited in line for about 5-8 minutes. The customer in the white shirt at the counter was standing there the entire time with ahalf-made burrito in front of him .... and what was absent the entire time, ANY employee. One eventually showed up - long hair,no hair net or hat of any kind. I checked if they had iced tea, both were empty ... again. The last three times I went therethey were out of tea. We gave up, I literally will never go back to this location. We literally left the line and drove overto Roswell Road location and went to that one, it's nice, it's clean, plenty of staff, everyone was in a hair net or hairprotector, the service was fast, they had iced tea, you get the idea. Love their rice bowls! So mind soothing.

The food is always great - no problem there, but every time I go the service is so ridiculously slow. I was waiting in line for... 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me ordering. There was only one person working on the line btw. if the one person isgoing to be this slow, you need more workers! also, I waited in line for 10 minutes to be told there was no steak (I don?t likethe others meats so I left) have the decency to tell those in line that yall are all out of something so you don?t waste theirtime Read more

I LOVE MY CHIPOTLE BARBACOA BOWL BABY DELICIOUS ????? PLUS ADD THE CHIPS WITH THE GUACAMOLE ...YES

Used the Chipotle app for the first time to order one of their new Whole30 salad bowls with carne asada. The app kept crashing... on me and timing out. When the order arrived, it didn?t come with any utensils or napkins. The food was very salty and themeat was cold and tough and sinewy. I used to love Chipotle, but this wasn?t the best meal over ever gotten from them. Mightbe a while before I try them again based on this experience. Read more
