One of my favorite eateries but this location disappointed tonight. The cashier had no idea how to use the Chipotle App and... looked at me like I was trying to run something past him; and, the server forgot to add the vinaigrette like I asked. This chipotle is so understaffed. To the point that they have applications on the tables. This location skimps on portions like... no other. I had to ask for more of almost all of my ingredients in my bowl, including little to no prep ingredients like cheeseand lettuce. Their chips are very stale and are obviously saved from the day before, as they are hard as rocks. This franchiseas whole is completely failing. I took my grandson there today for each of us to get a bowl. He asked for a little hot sauce. The guy waiting on us put a whole... scoop of hot sauce on this little young kids food. I asked him could you take some off he scooped a little off and threw it downhard in the trash. I then asked him to replace what he threw away, the nice young lady did with a small portion. I Don?t likethat that happened especially at the store because it?s my neighborhood chipotle. His rude behavior was really not called forespecially to a child. if you are planning to work here, DON?T. the manager, Mr. James treats his employees terribly. The working environment in the... beginning is great, but then you deal with the manager that doesn?t value you. no matter how much effort you put in cleaningdishes, standing up for 7+ hours, it never matters to him. He views his employees as disappointments because of one smallmistake. Honestly, James should be removed from his position. He doesn?t deserve the spot in any instance. A manager is notsupposed to have any biases, yet that is what surrounds him. The pay is absolutely unfair. Some earn $9 starting point, withbarely any raise. I rated 5 stars because the crew working tonight are absolutely wonderful. They have good energy, working together and keeping... up their humor even though the line was devastatingly long and the wait for mobile orders horrendous. Sometimes, recognizingthat the people making the food are people too and have a choice in how they respond to stress and how they care for others.Good work! Please get them some help here though. This was my first time going to a Chipotle and it was a horrible experience. The customer service was horrible! I asked for a... burrito bowl and the guy tried to give me a burrito. I said burrito bowl at least 4 times and he wasn't listening! I also askedif I could have 2 meats and he completely ignored me! My daughter ordered a burrito bowl and 2 kids quesadilla plates and heonly made 1 kids plate and didn't ask my daughter if she wanted the veggies on her bowl which she did want, but again, he wasn'tlistening! I had also wanted 1 taco for my younger kid and I had to ask the checkout lady for it because the guy wasn'tlistening! He then made 3 tacos even though I specified 1 at least twice. I didn't want to argue so I just said whatever andpaid for my food and we left. When we got home, the tacos were all smashed and there were rock hard pieces of avocado and tonsof pieces of just fat in both our bowls. Don?t order food from here around the time they open. They use meat leftover from the night before. They claim it?s only the... chicken that gets used but my bowl from this morning had old, dry, shriveled steak. Now I have to take an extra trip to getfresh food. Food was good but the customer service was horrible. We got there at 10:45 when they opened and they told us they don?t open for... 5 more mins?fine. It was cold and rainy outside so we asked if we could wait inside until they were ready? the lady at the doorjust rolled her eyes and let us in. They were literally going to make us stand in the cold and rain when they were supposed tobe open.
