Overall, a typical Chipotle franchise experience. The differences that I noticed immediately was very tight parking spaces. The... young lady noticeably was barely giving even a full scoop of each item. I'm not sure if that was because she'd been reprimandedabout quantities previously or what. As much as everyone is now charging for food.... skimping on the quantities is reallypushing it! I let it go and went on to the dining room. It was filthy! tables & floors. This seems to have become a 'norm' in alot of fast food type establishments post-covid, I've noticed...with the excuse being 'not enough staff' to cover everything.Cleanliness should never be a sacrifice to be considered by any business in food service! On a positive note the wooden roundtable section was a nice decor addition; and printing the code to get into the restroom at the bottom of your receipt isingenious. Read more
I?ve read some of the negative reviews and they left me confused. I absolutely love this location. There?s four Chipotles closer... but I drive further for this one. Chicken is seasoned well. My rice is always cooked perfectly. Never had bad customer service.Thinking about going tonight. Read more

Worst customer service I have experienced yet so far in this city. Management needs to educate the young lady with blue hair and... the obese lady. In addition they never have any sauces when requested. I Do not recommend this Chipotle and definitely will Notbe coming back here! Read more
Worst chipotle I?ve ever been to and unfortunately the closest to me, so despite telling myself not to go there again, we always... end up doing so. Ordered delivery and they totally botched the order. Did half chicken half steak only got half steak. They alsoforgot out queso. I hate to be giving Chipotle a bad review because it is such a staple in my life but I sadly have had too many issues with this... Chipotle location. I have tried to be understanding of short staffing during these times; however, tonight is the last straw.First of all, anytime you place an order on the app, it is not ready for at least 30 minutes after the time it says it would beready. It is unclear when the indoor ordering will be open (they say before 9 pm but multiple evenings I have done and they saidI can?t order in person and must order on app). But the most aggravating part, is that they cannot seem to get a single ordercorrect. This time (picture attached), I ordered a quesadilla with sides and I got NO quesadilla? they just put my sides in abowl. Previously, they have missed multiple ingredients within my bowls. I have tried so hard to give this location multiplechances because it is so convenient, but sadly this will be the last time I will be in attendance of this location. Go legitanywhere else in Atlanta no matter how far away it is (the one in buckhead is great!). Do better chipotle :( Read more
It must be a job requirement to be rude and miserable to work here because I go to this location every week and the staff looks... at you like you?re bothering them by ordering food. They ALL mean mug you like they wanna beat you up the entire time. Everysingle employee is rude. I get terrible service every time I go here. The food is always dry and they?re always out ofsomething. The girl audibly sighed when I said I wanted a large chip bag. Like the whole staff needs to be fired. After leavingthis location im just drained from the negative energy of the staff. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Downtown Decaturlocation because they?re so much kinder.
