One of the BEST Chipotles I?ve been to in a long time! As soon as I walked in, the workers greeted me with a warm ?Welcome to... Chipotle?. I?ve never been to one where the greet you as you walk in like that. The young lady, Chloe who started my burrito wasvery nice. She had a great smile & was super friendly. Maurice, the gentleman who finished off my burrito was also veryfriendly! He told me he likes a lot of cheese on his burrito just like me. He was super nice & we had a cool littleconversation. The manager, Saundra was also there & she was great. She prepared my side of guac & was very friendly herself.This is the best & most positive experience I?ve ever had w the Chipotle workers. It?s 12 noon on a Saturday(as I am writing this) and I have to do my order online and sit here in the restaurant and wait. It... has now been over 20 minutes since I did my order and still no food. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to assist and theyhave zero sense of urgency. They have about 8 people working in the restaurant, they have more than enough staff to accommodatea few walk ins. Chipotle, you guys as a whole need to stop doing the online orders only, it?s getting ridiculous. People come toChipotle because it?s good food and quick service. When you do online orders only it kills the quick service part of yourbusiness. No one wants to come to chipotle and do their order online and wait 20+ minutes for their food. Read more

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at a different location the same day, where they were out of part of my meal... and didn?t let me know. I reached out to Chipotle and they gave me a reward on my app to get the missing part of my meal anothertime. So, I used the reward to put in the missing item and pick it up from this location since it was also on my way home. Idon?t know if it was just the disappointing customer service at the other location that set my expectations low, but I waspleasantly encouraged when I walked in and was greeted by the staff behind the counter. My meal was not yet on the shelf (but Iwas a little early) so I was prepared to wait until it?s time. Instead of leaving me there to wait, someone asked me for my nameso they could check on my order and was able to quickly get my meal out to me, before my pickup time. 1/2022 The manager Mr. T was in the store, just after 9pm, as they ran out of cheese. My bowl had already been made, so I asked... for queso as a substitute but this manager refused to do so without a $2 up charge. I explained to him it?s better to use asubstitute rather than just throw my food away over cheese but he explained that?s how CHIPOTLE runs their company, nocompassion, just money, so I will not return. The store is pretty dirty anyways so I?ll spend my money elsewhere. As a result,Chipotles time and money was wasted from lack of ethics and product. I do NOT recommend this location. It?s now 5/2022 and theyjust have a terrible attitudes even if you order online. They keep the food behind the counter rather than using the pick-uparea and they don?t say anything when your order is ready. They just make a new order then get upset when you speak up foryourself. Ok, I walked in, bought food, paid for it, and ate GOOD!!! It was more food than I expected!!!! They have various options to... choose from including: Steak, chicken ????, another style of chicken, pulled pork, another style of pork, white rice, brownrice, guacamole, sour cream, stir fried vegetables that included bell peppers, onions, they had lettuce, spicy sauces, and awhooooole spread of other toppings and other stuff that I didn't get to try this time around!! You can see my order. They got two of the things correct. No asado chicken, got regular chicken. Wanted brown rice, got white.... Asked for fajita veggies, didn?t get any. Black beans, yea! Ordered my food and the lady pictured 1.didn?t have a hair net & 2 was rude when I was... helping my friend order food ( being that it?s her first time & obviously didn?t know what to order). Terrible service. The signs clearly states this location opensat10:45AM. It was 10:57AM when 3 employees watched us wait outside... without asking for a few moments before they were ready to open. We left and sat in the car a few more minutes when anothercouple walked to the locked doors at 11:04AM. I clearly see why the Now Hiring sign is posted. Read more
