Don?t order here unless you like surprises. Ordered at 5:30, saw my pizza at 7:45. They played around with the delivery time for... a chunk of time and arrived when they got around to it. I live less than 2 miles away and offered to get it, but it was 10 minaway.. allegedly. But really it was 45 min away. Terrible idea to do business here and request delivery. Without a doubt the worst dominos location to ever exist. I?m more upset with myself for giving them a chance periodically over... the years. 9 out of 10 times your order will absolutely be wrong. Today I was told my pizza was made wrong because a lack ofstaffing. If my pizza took a long time to make I?d believe that excuse. I won?t accept that response for the wrongtoppings/missing toppings. There?s never any accountability from this store. To put it into perspective, one time I had a remakeof the same pizza 3 times. One pizza made 4 times to get it right. It was not a difficult pizza. I didn?t visit for 6 months andtoday I tried again and now I?m convinced that this place just needs to close its doors. The countless reviews are true. Don?tchance it. I placed an order at 9:45 for some pizzas for my job. Jay, the manager on duty on Wednesday at 11am, called me at 10:55 five... minutes before my pickup time to tell me my order was delayed 20mins. I was already outside of the store. When I came in therewas not 1 pizza ready. No other orders were up so I asked why didn?t anyone call me earlier or why wasn?t my order ready and Iplaced it over an hour ago. He was argumentative and took no accountability. Horrible customer service. I ordered extra pepperoni and they refused to correct it until I asked for a refund then when they... recooked it it still was no where near as good as the Domino?s Pizza on Ponce. Needs new management and better cooks. The pizzalooked sloppy. Read more
This location has went down bad every since the pandemic. I use to be a regular customer. The website will not let me order... online so I called to place my order and they will not take my order due to it being a special which is on the website that?snot working(technical difficulties) The last problem I had with this location is they were under staffed and I didn?t get mypizza until an hr before they closed which made me have to wait almost 3 hrs for my pizza. My pizza was dry and cold by the timeI got it. I?m so disappointed in this location! Read more
Website quoted 29-39 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes later a soggy, wet, cold box of trash was dropped on my front porch.
Do not come here !!! I witnessed several employees prepare pizza with no mask or gloves . I brought it to one of the employees... attention and she said that they NEVER use gloves . Not to mention my crust is extremely hard !!! They also charged $1 for extragarlic sauce. This is an increase of 40 cents within the last few months . They also gave me this extra sauce with no top .Look at this wing ! That?s all I have to say . This was disgusting and unacceptable! Save yourself some time and go to anotherdominos. Horrible Dominos. Placed an order at 4:45 for 47-57 minute delivery. After rechecking the tracker multiple times the prep time... kept changing later and later, and the delivery window got longer. I tried to call the store multiple times to cancel, sat onhold for more than 15 minutes, and never had the call even picked up. My partner had to drive to the store just to cancel theorder. Absolutely absurd way to due business. This store needs to be shut down. Read more
