There were only 2 women working at this location. Everything that I asked for was out. The accent was so strong that I gave up... on up trying to choose alternatives to what I wanted. That was annoying but not enough for me to write a bad review. Thetipping point was the second employee. She was sitting in the kitchen(drive through window)cleaning her finger nails with aknife. I immediately said to the woman in the drive through that I was grossed out by what I saw. She had already charged mycard. And her response to me was I gave you 2 free donuts. No my dear, $8 for half dozen......I paid for those two donuts ????Especially since I could not force myself to eat them. Read more

Received a gift card from a coworker. Plenty of parking. Super clean upon entry. Employee was very helpful. The doughnuts were... just "ok". Very dense/heavy. Read more

By far the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I basically go to a Dunkin' donuts everyday. Five people standing around not... one single person acknowledge that I was there. I should have known that it was going to be a bad experience judging by thefrustrated customers who were leaving as I got there. Needless to say after waiting in line for 15 minutes I decided to justleave see if I can find a decent gas station where I can make my own coffee. Read more

I?m a coffee drinker. I buy coffee 3-4 times a week. If I can?t get Starbucks, I get Dunkin. I?ve gone to this location twice... in the same week through the drive thru and waited in the long line and was told the latte machine is broken. I went throughthe drive thru once the following week and a person who I think is the owner (an Indian guy) asked to take my order. Beforeordering I asked ?is your latte machine still broken?? He said yes. In my frustration I asked ?why don?t you all place a sign onthe menu screen to let customers know so we won?t have to wait in line before finding out?? I don?t think he understood what Iwas asking because he asked me what sign was I referring to. I tried explaining what I meant and he asked me to hold on. Hewalked out the back door (which is located right beside the menu screen) he looked at the menu screen and asked what sign I?mreferring to again. I had to explain that I?ve come to that location for the 3rd time in 2 weeks and I?ve been told the lattemachine is broken and I?m just wondering why, out of courtesy to the customer, wouldn?t they put up a sign so customers wouldknow before waiting. He looked confused and said no, the machine isn?t broken. I asked ?so you?re saying I can place an orderfor an iced latte?? He said yes, yes! He then went on to say that that?s why he was there that day because he?d been gettinglots of complaints about the location. He asked me had they been saying the machine is broken for a while and I told him theysaid it two days the week before. He shook his head in disgust and continued to say that?s why he was there! He neverapologized, but he seemed a bit upset. I placed my order and left with my latte. I see nothing changed though because I wentyesterday 09/19/2022 and was told again the machine is broken. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been too. I've been working three minutes away from the location for over a year. Their... ovens have been down for cleaning more than half the year seriously. At several moments, they even don't have donuts at all soit's impossible to get food here. I do appreciate that they do have all their drinks available year round, however like otherlocations have seasonal items, they never have seasonal items. Their menu has been the same forever. This is a hit & miss place! The drinks sometimes a hit & miss and also the food I got the bagel bites it seems as if they just... put them in the bag and served them why aren?t you guys not making sure things are done properly I know it?s sos have to be met& it seems like you guys get new crew every week but make sure that the food is going out fresh and hot & drinks are made up tothe standard , I love Dunkin? !!!!!! Doesn?t matter the time of day of how many people are in line, you will wait. Once they pre made my coffee and by the time I... was to the window the ice was melted which watered down the coffee. My order is always hit or miss and it?s a simple decafcoffee order. So not only do you wait but you have to hope the order is correct. Today-7/6- they made my order twice both areincorrect and the second although flavoring is correct the coffee is too bitter to drink almost tasting burnt. If there wasanother DD in proximity I wouldn?t visit this location at all. Read more

I had a rather disappointing visit. I sat at the intercom to order, rather alert the cashier that I?d placed a mobile order. I... was just there to pick up then keep it moving. I sat for about 5 mins and no one answered. I decided to drive around to thewindow. No one is at the window. I sat there for a few minutes, long enough for me to question if they were even open. I assumedso because I could see that the lamps were on over the food station and there were receipts in the window from the printer.After a few mins I decide to go inside. Initially I don?t see anyone. Then a young man comes to the front with a beverage forthe car that was in line behind me. Funny how that worked out? Again I wait for a few mins at the counter and I?m neveracknowledged by this young man. I can hear 2 other voices in the back but initially don?t see any faces. One of the young ladysteps into my view and jumps as if she sees a ghost when we make eye contact. Apparently she didn?t know I was in the store. Ithought her reaction was because she was supposed to be taking orders up front. I must have been wrong because just like hercoworker, other then her jumping at the sights of me, she never acknowledges me. After a few more minutes I decide to leave. Icontacted customer service and had them refund my drink. They offered a free drink as compensation. No assurance that managementwould even get the information that I shared about my visit.
