I just loved the bagel sandwich. Had it during my work trip to Atlanta in September 2022.
The worse service I have ever seen in a Einstein Bros? There was around 5 employees out, Just one taking orders, Another one... serving drinks, And the other 3 talking, playing, having fun while they have a long line waiting. Very disrespectful consideringthat their customer could be in a rush to get their flights, this is suppose to be a fast service since is an airport took meone hour to get my meal?. Read more

My flight was boarding, but I had time. But the ladies were running their mouths and socializing. They called my number. I was... thankful and rushed to my gate. Only to realize on the plane that they did not complete my order. Bags and lox my receipt said.They gave me a bagel and cream cheese and capers. Where is the lox?!
