Oh my was there at Alantia Georgia Airport connect flight 9 pm on 12/6/22 2 amazing hard ladies working I was just looking for... quick sandwich and found them close to D16 terminal 1 woman was so kind enough to come around counter help me order on thetablet she was so patient and the woman made amazing fresh sandwich. I just loved the bagel sandwich. Had it during my work trip to Atlanta in September 2022.

The worse service I have ever seen in a Einstein Bros? There was around 5 employees out, Just one taking orders, Another one... serving drinks, And the other 3 talking, playing, having fun while they have a long line waiting. Very disrespectful consideringthat their customer could be in a rush to get their flights, this is suppose to be a fast service since is an airport took meone hour to get my meal?. Read more

My flight was boarding, but I had time. But the ladies were running their mouths and socializing. They called my number. I was... thankful and rushed to my gate. Only to realize on the plane that they did not complete my order. Bags and lox my receipt said.They gave me a bagel and cream cheese and capers. Where is the lox?! Line was slow. Took about 30 minutes for 15 people or less. Actually most of the line progression was due to the fact people... lost patience and went somewhere else. Down to one kiosk for ordering. Even at 2 it won?t be enough. The old people cannothandle the kiosk. Take them out please and put in humans. Coffee tasted like water. Read more

SUPER BUSY and you would think you were choosing a great spot. And the cups are so cute! But this was not my fave. The coffee... was so sweet ...almost like there was no coffee in it. The bagel sandwich was cold....the cheese not even melted. The long waitwas not worth it......maybe they were overwhelmed and pushing food out.
