Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I usually go to this location at least twice a week and have never experienced this (as we... usually order online), but when we got to the window we were told the total was $19.57, and ended up being charged an extra $2for tip. Obviously $2 is nothing, but I?ve never had to tip for any drive thru service in my life, and would?ve appreciatedbeing asked first. I found it odd that I gave the young lady my card & after she gave it back to me she asked me to re-enter thecard. On top of that they didn?t even give us our full order, so what exactly are we tipping for? Read more

Okay I just have to rave for a sec about how FRIENDLY and kind the staff were at this location. Although I had to wait a bit in... the drive-thru lane and the woman taking orders asked for me to wait just a moment when I pulled up, the second she came back onthe intercom to take my order she sounded so bright and polite and happy. Her sweet attitude made the wait well worth it. Andit doesn?t stop there. Once I reached the window to pay and receive my order, the gentleman attending was also polite and kind!This whole experience was a breath of fresh air where a lot of working people (mainly this generation) forget the power andimpact of great customer service. Drive thru only so I had to wait while everyone who didn?t use the app ordered, which took an inordinate amount of time.... Should?ve been notified prior to placing my online order. Employees put very little cream cheese on the bagels that I ordered,which was very disappointing after having to wait. Would not recommend this location at all. Read more

Tried to eat here this morning. There was literally one car in the drive-through and one patron already eating in the... restaurant, so for a Sunday after church in Buckhead, this is SUPER slow. No signs anywhere (on the door, etc), but as weproceeded to order, we were told it was cash only inside. We were told we could go through the drive-through if we wanted to usea card. We were not going to pile the entire family back in the car, drive through the drive-through and get our food to go - orget it and bring it back into the restaurant to eat - all to use credit. We asked if they couldn?t use the register for thedrive-through for our order that was literally just feet away from where we were standing. They proceeded to tell us that itwould ?hold up the drive-through line? - which at this point the single car that had been in it had been serviced and the linewas empty. The lack of customer service and inability to accommodate customers is appalling to me. People at this facility wouldrather forego business than flex a little and have a little customer service. Pitiful. We will take our business elsewhere wherecustomer service is a priority. Read more

They still haven't opened indoor dining, which may be understandable with the current hiring crisis. However, the drive through... line is too long to be workable. It was over 8 minutes per car for service. (Not just one long order--all 4 cars ahead of werethat long, as was mine with just a bagel and coffee.) When I got to the window. My toasted bagel was no longer warm, suggestingthat they had made it as soon as I ordered, not 20 minutes later when I got my food. The bagel was delicious, just not hot, andthe coffee was hot. Inflation has hit them (and everyone else) hard--$1 more for.my order than the last time I'd been there. Read more

This location is the absolute worst! We only stop here because it?s en route to my sons school otherwise we would not! Every... time you try to order it takes 10 minutes because there is signage covering the speaker and they can?t hear your order. Onceyour order is finally placed and you make it to the window the girl who usually works between 7-9am is rude and combative.Please fix your speaker and find employees who are polite and courteous!
