As much as I have eaten from here I didn?t have a good experience today. I found a piece of hair in my food once I got home and... started eating. And once I found the hair I immediately called. Once I got there after calling to get my order ?remade? Iimmediately noticed the cooks beard hanging from under his mask which seems to be the same length as the piece of hair I found.I work in the food industry so I get it, things happen sometimes. So I tried to be discreet about it and the lady act like shedidn?t know what I was talking about at first and tried to recharge me for my meal and then only remade partial of what Iordered. When I asked if I could get my whole meal redone which was only a hibachi plate and dumplings she proceeded to say thatshe couldn?t honor my full meal because there wasn?t a manager there. I didn?t appreciate the young lady?s nonchalant anddismissive demeanor especially when I have to inconvenience myself in mid day traffic to come back to get food that shouldn?thave had hair in it in the first place. I hope that there is a system that is put in place so that customers can be appreciatedwithout being brushed off as if someone is trying to get over. Salmon and shrimp teriyaki was the best. Please if you get something from here, get yum yum sauce.

Walked in about 10 minutes after they opened and the place was dirty which means they didn?t clean the night before or that... morning. Didn?t notice until after I ordered and sat down. * Food looked good and tasted good as well but got home and there wasa piece of metal like something in the hibachi. Looks like maybe something off the brush used to clean the grill. ***They need agood cleaning, food overall tastes good though. Wouldn?t order again unless I seen that it was cleaned. Read more

The food and service is typically very good. I decided to try ?half and half? as u can see from the photo I got way more chicken... and a small corner of beef for an extra $2. I asked multiple employees is this accurate and can we even out the quantity? Fast, friendly, consistent service every time I go in. The food is fresh, and you don't need to get dressed up to go. You get... in, and they get you out with hot food. They deserve the 5 stars for always giving you what you came in there for. Make sure totry the yum yum sauce on your steak or chicken. It's yummy. lol I really like the ginger salad dressing too. They always haveplenty of soy sauce packets there for the taking also. I've been going to this location for over 5 years. I go back because itsgood. Period. Read more
