Don't go if you value your time, how freaking long can it take to make a sandwich???? Waited for 30minutes
The only chain restaurants that close on weekends are ones that can't keep people because they don't pay. There's only like 2 or... 3 employees at this location and they all look exhausted. Food is alright but it takes way longer than it should. I'll goelsewhere. Read more
The absolute main reason for the 1 star comes down to the guy at the register. He has headphones on, he only heard half of what... I was saying. Had to repeat myself a few times. And genuinely looked like I ruined his day by coming into his place of work. Iam amazed that someone like that gets to keep his job. The sandwich was alright. The meat could have been more evenlydistributed in the sandwich. But just having to deal with someone like that really does leave a bad taste in my mouth. Read more

I gave a 2 because I love firehouse and I know things happened. But on the other hand , being that this firehouse is in the... heart of the city I expected a better outcome I ordered on line 2 large subs.not only were they sloppy made , but by the time Igot home the bottom bread was mush. I called to tall to the manager, she said she would replace it, but not only was i 15 minaway, but it was close to closing and I wasn't going to sit in traffic for hours. Well basically I lost my 23.00 it was close toclosing and I asked I guess I will drive to the location I know that respects customers. Which is 13 miles away . Read more
yesterday they were closed 30min before the posted time :( 5:30pm instead of 6pm I don?t want to travel all the way there to... find out they?re closed, especially while I?m hungry The funny thing is that on Google maps it says the hours were confirmed 5days ago.
