First time coming to IKEA and it was AMAZING! The Swedish Meatballs never fail, good price for food as well I was surprised!... Only one star left because there was a grumpy old white lady as a cashier (which I saw that she works behind the kitchen toowith trays) who was so rude because I didn?t realize you couldn?t pay cash, she pointed to the sign and stared me down like Ididn?t belong here I felt uncomfortable. Luckily there was an amazing guy who helped me and inserted his card and I gave himthe money, I?ll be here again hopefully without that rude lady she needs to be fired! :) Read more
Food and view are great.
Stick to meatballs, coffee and almond cake. Avoid the chicken tenders, they are dry and I didn?t get any ranch to go along with... it. What?s up with all the dry and bland beans? Whole IKEA staff were walking zombies and the exit from restaurant has to passalong the serpentine maze. IKEA, please don?t insult our intelligence. If we want to buy stuff after eating at the restaurant,we will gladly do so. No need to force us again to go thru the maze again. Read more
Not the same was it once was! Plan on a 25-35 minute line, fountain machines that are out of order, and a dining area that... hasn?t been cleaned. Oh, the cake is extra dry now (not the standard ikea dry cake, but a new level of dry - almost petrified). Read more
Tuff meatballs, boxed mashed potatoes , the whole meal was cold. I remember the IKEA in Virginia was very tasty and fresh. We... drove an hour and half to pick something up that the store said they had. However they didn't. We have gone on their uprofessional web site to order, it is useless. IKEA no longer has to go boxes. If you have a little one who does not want to finish their food you either have to eat their... food or throw it away. I asked multiple times and the said it?s Ikeas policy to have no to go boxes. Read more
