Please do not come to those location. I?d give it a negative review if I could due to the disturbing experience at this... location. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mikes and I am disturbed. Prior to the lady placing my sandwich on thechopping board, she had a scraper which she was compiling the scrapings and remains of peoples sandwich toppings of those priorto me. She scraped half of the scrapings off the counter into the trashcan and the other half, she set aside. I immediatelythought that was weird, but I didn?t think too much of it as long as it didn?t touch my food. She then began coughing DIRECTLYon my sandwich.. not just once but a few times. She had a mask on, but the mask did not cover her nose. As she was coughing, shedid not even try to attempt to cough over her shoulder or turn her head. She comfortably did so on the direction of my sandwich.After she coughed on my sandwich, she then placed the scraping she had set aside ON MY SANDWICH. I immediately let her know thatI do not want the sandwich. She begun catching an attitude and rolling her eyes because I told her I was not going to eat it andasked it to be thrown away. Her and her coworker, who was the cashier at the moment began arguing with me. I told them I?m notgoing to argue with neither one of you. I just saw her put the remains of the last few people?s toppings on my sandwich with myown eyes. It was absolutely gross. It consisted of lettuce, peppers and pink drippings that I cannot Identify. I will bereporting this to corporate because she is going to get someone sick with her unsanitary work ethic. She absolutely should bebanned from working in the food industry. This was a reflection of her own personal hygiene. I would not recommend going to thislocation as long as she is working there. She was a Hispanic lady. They both were. Put an online order in, arrived a little early. Manager and staff we rude and acted like they did not receive order. Took solid... 15 minutes to make two sandwiches incorrectly due to multiple breaks to do other things in between. Will not recommend. Will notreturn. Read more
Always Fresh Food! Made well, not sloppy or soggy! I really believe they have a great standard at this store. I normally order... on Grub Hub or Uber Eats. I?m always impressed with their quality and food presentation. Great job! Keep up the good work! Read more
I am almost a regular at this location. Today was it, the customer service that I have been getting from there has been... horrible. This wasn't the first time I had experience be rushed or acting as you don't hear me when I am asking for somethingextra for my sandwiches. As much as I love Jersey Mikes, why is it a issue to ask for a fresh slice of bread rather then getting a piece of bread that's... been out in air exposed to whoever and already cut previously before I enter. The lady with a afro had the most unprofessionaland rude attitude towards me she said " its one right here" I told her I just want mine cut fresh she then grabbed the breadand put it back in the container and said"whatever" and tossed my bread towards a Mexican lady. I said nevermind is there anyoneelse here to fix my sandwich. The Mexican lady just stood there and shook her head no. At the point the lady with the afro wentto a stool and sat down and a younger Mexican lady fixed my sandwich. I'm very disappointed in the service I received todayaround 8pm.
