I came in about 10:30 the boss was out so I started to leave because the last time the dude with the hanging lip made my... sandwich it tasted like cigarettes I couldn't even eat it. But I seen another young lady come in so I stayed. I was telling himhow I wanted my sandwich made he told me he couldn't make it the way I wanted. I said yes you can I'm paying for it. On this day Jersey was out so we met Walter and Mike! Fresh, hot, crispy bacon, delightfully tasty chicken bacon ranch on... rosemary bread. Next time I want extra lettuce, tomato, bacon, ranch, and same bread. Walter and Mike certainly keeps theatmosphere fun/friendly and they were quite quick and delivered the sandwich to table - a nice touch of class. Keep up the goodwork guys, I'll be back! Read more
This location is too busy to keep the slicer and surrounding area clean after slices of varying meats and cheeses. I visited... during lunchtime. Another issue was heightened aggression from the manager, as he appeared to be filling in on the sandwichstation as about 4 employees looked on, as he made my order incorrectly. One of my favorite spots, but I see no masks was worn. The man that fixed my sandwich lip was hanging and looked dry. I was so... happy when the other guy took over. I almost lost my appetite. Please wear masks. But my sandwich was good. Read more
Worst food & service ever! All they have for veggies are 2 options: lettuce and tomato. Soggy sub with no option to toast. Old... meat with no flavor. Poor, slow, impolite service that requires tips... The price is higher than Quiznos and Subway as well.Overall, this is the worst possible place to go, in my opinion. Read more
These subs are very good sandwiches. The staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurant was clean.
Horrible service for the location. Did not speak to ALL incoming guests and didn't offer condiments with my $15.00 plus giant... order. The male worker had a tone in his voice and the girl giving the receipts was extremely rude. Read more
I have been going to this Jersey Mike's location for over 2 months, and I always order the same sandwich, and last week, they... decide to add bacon to my sandwich, and I have to be careful about what I eat. They did it deliberately just to be funny, but Idon't find that sort of thing funny. Apparently they have never heard the statement that "The customer is always right." Read more
