Went here today after ordering online. Got there about 10 min after we ordered thinking it would be ready. We were in the store... about an hour while they served all the walk-ins before our order. They told us after they finished the ?rush? that they ran outof turkey and could not make 7 out of 8 of the sandwiches on our list without waiting another 30 min for them to cut meat orcancel our order. Asked if they could move it to delivery and they said I would have to cancel my order and re-order online. Shehanded me the receipt and said I could order from that. HORRIBLE Location. WIll not be going back. Serving in-store ordersbefore us is ridiculous when I ordered ahead of time and was already waiting in store. I hope they put something worthwhile inthis location. Maybe another Reuben?s deli. That place is the BEST! Read more

Wanna wait 35 minutes in person for a sandwich while they prioritize orders to go? Well come here and watch them make 15... sandwiches in front of you while you and ten other people stand around. We had a group order from JJs for about 35 people. We?ve been JJ?s fans since we first had it in 1990 in Champaign, IL. I... absolutely LOVE that you can place a group order and it will send emails to everyone in the list to take their order. It evenallows for someone to set it where one person pays or each pays their own, and if one person is paying, a max amount per personcan be pre-set. Whoever thought this up is a genius!!! There are also many combinations for gluten free, low carb, vegetarian,etc. (though a veggie protein would be nice). I didn?t know about add-ons (cucumber, avocado spread, etc.) until now! We willdefinitely use it again for other board meetings. The food was on time, the driver was courteous, the order was correct (exceptwe had a couple chocolate chip cookies arrive instead of the oatmeal cookies that were ordered, but the people didn?t seem toremember what they?d ordered, so it wasn?t an issue). There are a couple things that would have been helpful, but didn?tdetract from the food otherwise serving our needs well. First - the sandwiches came with partial email addresses written onthem. That was great, except we had a group of 35 from around the country, all with different email formats, it was challenging.To boot, I think the person writing was getting tired as the letters started slurring on some and we had to guess. It would begreat if there was a way to include a first/last/nick name (instead of email address) when ordering so we didn?t have to try toguess. The other thing was everything came ?loose? - by that, twenty bags of random chips, a dozen cookies, a sack o?sandwiches, and a bunch of drinks (those were labeled with the contents!). But that meant going through and matching sandwichesand chips and cookies and drinks based on partial email addresses and a cryptic receipt. Placed an order ($43.93) for co-workers & myself via DoorDash to be delivered to our place of employment. Received a message... that order was taking longer than normal (OK), finally almost an hour later, received message that order was complete. ORDER WASNEVER DELIVERED! I waited outside of our office for 10 minutes before calling the company; an employee answered & immediatelyput me on hold for 9 minutes before the call was disconnected. I called back & another employee answered & said they were busy &it's nothing they can do, I said how about not taking online orders if you are understaffed & he told me, it's too bad & I needto talk to someone else & hung up. Customer service is lacking and certainly leaves something to be desired. I was on hold five times over two calls just to be... told they don?t deliver to us (despite them being the closest Jimmy John?s and less than a mile away). When I brought this tothe manager?s attention he didn?t seem to care. If you have the choice to order from another location do yourself a favor andorder from there instead. Read more

Eat at Jimmy Johns constantly as I travel across the US. This has been the worst for experience after I?ve traveled all day. ... I?m .1 miles from the location at the home 2 suites. Took almost an hour to get my subs. I tracked the order and it said outfor delivery half an hour ago. 10 minutes after checking tracking I was called and thought it was ready and was told they arebaking bread and it?s gonna be longer. Freaky fast...more like powerfully slow and unconcerned. To the owner: you might wantto make a secret order some time from a local hotel and see how that goes yourself.
