To owner 1. Available Items Have you OR management decided not to order shell eggs, salt or butter packages? I've been there... almost daily 3 weeks and items are never available. 2. Staffing Have management to hire staff I've gone on more than oneoccasion and was told by employee - only scramblers were being sold, because no other person was there to help. Update toowner 11/16/2022 I update the star review, because YOU made a difference! ?? I see you made sure the items made the supplylist. (utensils, eggs, butter, salt, jelly & pepper) these are necessities that should always be available, which meansordering, so you don't run out. ?? Thanks for not only listening to customers BUT making the items are available for customers.These are your customers - good fun, good service, keeps coming back. Note: You may want to check the cost of investing intoplastic cutlery with salt/pepper/napkin/wet one package included. Now have management work on staffing - Your restaurantshouldn't be close, it's 24 -7. Over half of time the lobby is closed. (monies lost) They are NOT doing CovId 19 cleaning. Read more
No matter what time it is they're closed lol. Tonight there were people inside eating and the open sign was on. No one said... anything via the drive thru speaker so I walked in. I was told they were closed. This has happened more times than I can countand at this point is just humorous. Read more
If you are 24 hrs why are workers in the restaurant but telling people they are closed?!. Sometimes when you pull up to the... intercom you wait forever before you are greeted and the wait in line is sometimes worse.One day I went here and it was oneworker taking orders and making the food? ?one? worker like what in the ?. Went to Krystal at 9:00 originally. they said they would be down 15 min due to cleaning. Came back at 9:40 and they didnt even... come fo the window. People were sitting down looking at us and getting paid to not do anything. Read more
Munchies that give you munchies? What is that CBD BBQ Drip they mentioned on the sign? Apart from whatever that is, this... location doesn't offer any of the combos that allow you to get a combination of Krystal Chicks and Cheese Krystal burgers. I'venever seen that and that's my favorite combo, so that's the reason for the 3 stars. It made the meal I usually get at otherKrystals much more expensive, because I had to order everything individually. On top of that, the chicken in the Chicks was dryand overcooked. Read more
i rarely leave a one star review. the food here is great when you can actually order it. i?ve gone to the drive through 3 times... in the last month, once being told ?we are only accepting cash orders? (who has cash these days?!) and two other times beingtold ?we aren?t taking any orders at this time?. apparently the ?system is updating?. krystal, you?re my ride or die, but whyare you even open if you can?t ever take orders. i?m done wasting my time here. turn your lights off if you aren?t taking ordersand stop getting our hopes up. ?Fast? food doesn?t exist in Atlanta. Be ready to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Slowest drive through service. 10-15 minute wait. On hwy exit, should move faster. New french fries are terrible. Miss the old... ones. Some burgers missing pickles. Over all poor experience. D- Read more
