Excellent Service from Ms.Rose and the crew definitely my 7th time here best Marcos spot. ???? Hot Pizza. Keep up the great job

This location is a joke and should close. A couple weeks ago II placed an online order for take out for a large cheese pizza... since their delivery time window was over. My boyfriend went to pick it up and called me to tell me that the store was LOCKED,there was no one at the front, and there was even another person there with him who had also placed an online order. Finallysome lady came to the door and opened it and said "they had been closed for some time." What kind of store closes at random, andif they had to close, why would online ordering still be an option? My boyfriend asked for a refund and the lady gave him areceipt - I waited over a week for my card to be refunded and it wasn't. When I called the store finally, the lady who answeredhad a weird attitude and asked me if I was the "little white lady who came in the other day complaining." That was such anoff-putting comment. When I explained that I placed the order but my boyfriend picked it up, she changed her tune but was stillabsolutely no help. She told me she would have her manager call me when he came into the store, and no one called me. So I paidfor a pizza I never received, from a store that closes at random. Don't bother. Read more

I ordered two specialty pizzas for carry out here. One pizza with no pork the other with half pork. When our order finished... cooking, I checked and both pizzas had pork all over. I took it back into the store to ask for the pizza to be re made. Theclerk, a woman wearing a bonnet, began to argue with me and my partner about what we paid for, but eventually agreed to remakeit. After agreeing to remake our food, she began to curse us and complain about us wanting the pizza remade as we sat down inthe lobby. We did not speak to or acknowledge her griping comments because she was in the back speaking loudly. Once done, welooked at the pizzas and one was still incorrect. I asked for a refund and to just return the second pizza but she refused. Shebegan to argue with us again, and suggested that she wouldn?t remake the pizza but instead she opted to add the toppings wepointed out as missing. Overall, we still did not receive a specialty pizza as we paid for but instead received a two toppingpizza. We didn?t make a fuss, we even told them thank you for remaking it trying to offer our kindness, but even as we walkedout the woman continued to berate us and suggest she can?t stand us for being there. I would not come here again as I didn?treceive what I paid for, was denied a refund, and provided terrible service. I did the survey online too but I expect a refundwhich seems unlikely because this place is never focused on rectifying any issues beyond giving a coupon to come back to thesame place and get the exact same service. So I?m leaving this review in hopes that others can beware of this location and theincompetence of the staff here. Read more

The pizza tasted nothing like the Marcos near my house. I figured it would be the same bc it was tge same company but it didn't.... I tossed it in the trash after one slice. The crust was dry and doughy, like dry. And the sauce wasn't tasty or the sausage.Idk. It was weird. I won't go back to this location. I like flavor and seasoning,not salt. It just lacked tastyness. Called this location to place a big order to treat the staff at work to pizza. The women who answered the phone was so nasty and... so rude. Had the nerve to say that she was the manager. The order was almost $200 but because of her nasty attitude we canceledthe order. We don?t want someone with so low vibrations making our food. When I told her that she had an attitude instead ofadjusting herself she decided to vent about us not making the order ahead of time and how they make the doe for the day in themorning. It was a mess. Then I asked her about the message on the phone with the specials she goes on to say that the message istwo years old. I say well why not change it. She then lets me know that it?s not her job to do so and that the new owner needsto do that. New owner listen up if this women is going to be running your establishment you are in a world of hurt if you don?taddress this type of behavior. Franchise or no franchise people will not eat here if that is how they will be handled by yourstaff. Read more

Ordered online BEFORE they opened for my Sons Friday pizza day at school. When the door dash driver showed up to pick it up,she... was told they were to busy and werent doing ANY door dash orders. Needless to say it ruined pizza day at the school and I willNEVER use this Marcos again Read more

The lady that works there is rude and nasty she doesn't know to talk to her customers. It was a younger girl and guy that works... there she was talking mean and nasty to them. Everytime I've ordered there she has had a nasty attitude hateful and mean for noreason. If she doesn't like her job quit. Read more

Been to a few marcos nationwide and can say had better experience at this one. At the time of visit much of the staff presented... themselves in a professional manner and was happy to see leadership working the line. Read more
