This place is nasty, they don't even use gloves. I have ordered from them before, I had to go pick my order up because they are... short staff. While waiting I'm sitting there watching them use their nasty hands on all of their foods. They make their ownpizza dough with their nasty hands. I watch the young man pick up a box open it with his hands, after opening the box he wentback making the food. The young lady apron was filthy. She went to the restroom I did hear her wash her hands, I was sittingby the restroom. She would take orders take cash, and turn around went back make the food. I saw enough, I got up and walkedout. Went here for lunch today. Ordered a "Large" thin crust pizza. Toppings were right, the size was not. They give me a Medium... pizza, in a Large box. Could really tell, because the pie was sliding around in the box. I go back, and ask them politely; isthis a large? "Yes, it definitely is" without opening the box to see. I open the box, " Oh, it just looks smaller; because it'sthin crust". I get back to our shop, the guy I'm splitting it with; asks "why'd you get a medium?". Kicker, I left a tip. Badservice all the way. Don't advise you come to this location. Try Jay's, down the way. Update. On top of the bad service, get amessage from the "owner". Please allow us to make this right for you. First, go on our website & fill out a survey. Instead ofgiving me the large pie I already paid for, give me a homework assignment so you can "look in to it". Hard pass. I'll meet youhalf way. Y'ALL OWE ME GAS!!! Your hours on Google maps says, "close at 12am Friday" i pulled up at 11pm and the store was completely... shutdown and closed. The reason im heated is because we tried to call two locations (camp creek & bakers ferry rd). Both callshad us waiting on the phone for 20mins. The online ordering was not working for delivery and said the pizza needed to be pickedup in store. Thats when we saw the location by waffle house closed at 12. Thank God Waffle house was an available alternativeoption. I had guess waiting for me a home and i promised to bring pizza. That's pitiful service. Somebody too lazy to changeyour hours of operation. Special Deliver from the owner of Marco's pizza on Bakers Ferry Road. Today, I ordered wings and a Ceasar salad from Marco's... Pizza. The order arrived as scheduled, but was missing the salad. The deliver driver stated he would bring it back. I was alittle disturbed and decided to call to request a refund for the salad. After numerous failed attempts to contact an employee, my doorbell rang. It was the delivery driver with my salad. I asked if they were short staffed because noone is answering thephone. He stated there were only two people working, four did not show up....and he is owner making deliveries. I apologizedand stated he wants to make sure everyone gets top notch service and his eyes are now open to what he is dealing with. Well,needless to say, my initial disturbance was instantly defused. I pray Richard, the owner and deliver driver gets the support heneeds to run a successful business. Thank you Richard for your awesome customer service. I really want to see you suceed! Read more

I ordered a pizza @ 7:15p received a delivery time of 9:04p. It is now 9:20p the driver called to inform me that he is not able... to deliver my pizza because there was only a 15 year old employee left at the restaurant! I keep giving this restaurant thebenefit of the doubt, because I like Marco's Pizza, however this store's owner/management needs to go and revisit basic skillsor re-train on how to run a business. HANDS DOWN THE WORST MARCOS LOCATION EVER! I don't get the correct amount of slices for my XL pizza... It's supposed to be 12... and I maybe got 8...the pizza was tiny! The cheesesteak sub was horribly disgusting! Pretty sure the meat wasn't fresh or thawedtoday and cooked.... It was CLEARLY days old. Took two bites and threw my 12" sub away. Location is filled with children asked to speak with manager as the children were standing around listening blasting music with... no orders. When I placed my order the boy started making my pizza after he dropped the pan on the floor he picked it up and putthe dough back on pan. I have never gotten so mad at kids but I will not tolerate dropping something on the floor and continuingto use it. My family and I love macros? been eating it for years. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Themanager Richard was unavailable it sucks that this is the experience was what it was. We ordered the chicken florentine pizza and sausage and pepperoni both thin crust pizzas. They gave us thick crust pizza and one... incorrect pizza the chicken florentine we didn?t get we got some other chicken pizza. Definitely would love the manager toreach out bc they also had a note not taking anymore orders due to staffing issues but that shouldn?t mean to make the foodwrong!!! Read more
