I placed a mobile order & while going to pick it up through the drive through I was asked for the order code which I gave over... the intercom & was asked to come to the first window. After waiting in line for a long time, I finally made it to the window &the cashier was very rude & nasty when I asked for my mobile order & told me that she didn't have a mobile order after I justspoke with her on the intercom to confirm it & got the notification that my debit card was charged for it. After unnecessaryhassle & hollering at the rest of the staff to find the order she told me to pull to the second window where thankfully the restof the crew where more courteous & tried to find my order. I showed them my mobile receipt & after a bit of confusion insidethey prepared my order & gave it to me. Lukewarm to add insult to injury. Never again! Very disorganized & poor customerservice. The nicest staff I have ever encountered. Order was mixed up a bit but the problem was quickly resolved and I was not 7n the... least but upset, They we're working hard and pleasant under the pressure. Only , McDonald's I'd ever recommend. Read more

We were at this McDonalds late Tuesday night and sat in the drive thru for over half an hour. Employees were slow taking orders... at the speaker and when we finally got up to the window we could see said employees they were taking their sweet time, messingaround, and one girl was even on her phone at one point. I understand times are tough and places are understaffed but there hasto be accountability to make sure employees are actually doing their jobs and doing them efficiently??????????? And oh yeah.The ice cream machine hasn?t worked in at least 4 months. Read more

I came to this location around 7:30pm today and received nasty customer service from one of the new hires. As, I was telling her... my order 2 10 piece nugget meals with a sweet tea and a boy happy meal she interrupted me with a aggressive nasty attitudeStating ? I didn?t asked you that? I couldn?t get her name to report her to HR because the manger Jasmine informed me she don?tknow her name. This is ridiculous and I am a unhappy customer. So, I got a refund because I felt like my food wasn?t safe toeat. I hope HR see my post and do something about this. Read more

If I could give them no stars I would. Ever time I come no matter the time there is always something wrong food ???? can?t even... get good coffee. Don?t bring it up the works and managers act like that location is 5 star. You have to pick your poison withthis location location your lucky if your foods fresh.
