Sucked! Had a plane to catch in ATL and though I'd get a quick burger and fries. OY! Forever! Airport employees kept coming up... and were allowed to jump the line. They seemed to have special status. Meanwhile my plane is boarding and I'm standing therewaiting for a smushed cheese burger. Awful!! Read more

We had a later flight with a connection in A concourse. The man at the counter was determined to close at 9:30 sharp even with... a line full of customers. We were one person after the last person he agreed to serve. Fortunately another employee waswilling to take my order to at least feed the kids. 5 stars to that employee and 1 to the one at the counter. Read more
Had to wait over 30 minutes for a mobile order but learned the order didn't process in their system. I asked about it twice but... wasn't given an answer. The cashier was phenomenal. She was serving two to three customers at a time and the line was movingwell. Once we identified the cause of the wait, she included an extra pie in consideration of the wait. Read more

Horrible McDonald?s. Burger was burned and fries were cold and watery in the middle.
The lady taking our orders was very efficient. The guy that gave us our food was also good. The "drink" guy however, was a tad... behind. Usually, when we get our meals we also get our drinks. We had to wait around for our drinks, after we received our food. We are already stressed, we don't need the additional stress on double waiting. Read more
Slow service. Didnt find out they were out of quarter pounder burgers until after I waited in line for 10 min. I Recommend Chick... Fil A instead. Quicker service , hot food, everything on menu is available. Very close by. Read more
