Slow. Very rude service. Took me damn near 10 minutes to be given a cup for a large drink. Thats all i came in for. Dont just... push people to the kiosk. Give customer service christ. The kiosk should be for lines. Not so you can just ignore the fact thatyou have a front register. Litterally had two people just standing there and constantly avoiding eye contact with me cause theythought i had a full order. Read more

Don?t normally leave Google reviews. I?ve been coming to this McDonalds pretty regularly for the past year or so. Orders are... always correct, fries are always hot and fresh, and I love the team here. Honestly the best drive-thru location I?ve ever beento, love this place. Read more
The minute you walk in you can hear your footsteps that?s how sticky the floor was. Al tables were dirty paper on the floor... tables with bags etc. We had to get a crew member to clean one and overheard her telling over the radio that the tables neededto be cleaned but no one came out. To be in such a nice strip of stores and hotels this is by far the last place you want tocome eat. I don?t recommend this place to anyone. Read more
It?s rare that I review a fast food joint, but just look at this sundae. There doesn?t even need to be more words. That being... said, this McDonald?s is under a mile from my house. I?ve been over 30 times, and I don?t know that I?ve ever had them get anorder wrong or take longer than maybe three minutes. Staff is always insanely nice. I can?t think of a more reliable andconsistent McDonald?s in the Atlanta area. Read more
The gremlin looking overnight man that wants to be a woman so badly with the purple dreads named NeNe is extremely rude and... needs to go through a customer service class. She doesn?t even deserve that $15/hr job. Her people skills are trash andunfortunately she needs to volunteer her time. Oh and let me not get on the fact that she looks and acts like a Pod E Inmate. Donot go here especially at night..the gremlin is sure to give you tons of attitude and drama! I order Curbside Number 1. No one ever came out with my order. After waiting for awhile I decided to walk in. I noticed on the... app that my order was completed. I never received my order. So while I'm inside, no workers greeted us and/or acknowledged us.There were customers who have been waiting for over 30 minutes, a dad and his son waiting to place their order, and a GrubHubworker waiting for her order. No one came out untill one of us yelled and got the manager's attention. The manager didn't do agreat job in defusing the circumstances. There was food sitting on the counter before I walked in. Once I was acknowledged andrepeated what food I ordered she told me she announced my food awhile ago. Mind you I'm curbside. Why would go inside to get myfood when the purpose of curbside is for the workers to bring out our food to our cars and Curbside location. She thenproceeded to give me the cold food and the melted drink. I refused to take it. I wanted fresh food. She then came back with myorder and tried giving me a small frappe when I order a large. Her response was they don't have large cups. I would haveunderstood if the situation would have been handled differently. However, I order a large caramel frappe. Really disappointed in my order today. Wife was feeling under the weather so went to get some food for us and ordered a #7 (Two... Cheeseburger meal) along with a 10-piece nugget, two McChicken sandwiches, and a large Dr. Pepper. 1st bite of the cheeseburgerand found a hair intertwined within the burger which was mortifying and gross. As if that wasn't enough took a sip of the Dr. Ponly to find out the color was there but no syrup...just dark colored carbonated water. Fries were luke warm at best butthankfully the nuggets and the McChicken sandwiches were edible. Read more
