Literally got robbed by this place. I ordered online and I waited 40-50 in store. Then the staff just decided to delete my order... from the screen and ignored any of my request. 12/04/2022. I want to know why the lobby here is so exclusive???? There's almost always a group of people inside. But every time I go up to... the door it's closed. It's 7:35pm right now. And there are people dining inside, but the staff won't let me inside. On severaloccasions I've tried to go in the lobby just to be turned away. Only for staff to let a group of kids in just minutes after. Tfis going on here??? Like does staff lock the door and only let their friends in?? Does the owner know? They wouldn't even let meinto change my baby in the restroom. And it seems to be exclusive only to a certain demographic. Can I please get anexplanation? Read more

I just have three things to say. First off thank you for cleaning your grill. Second always think presentation when fixing your... food the sandwiches were not put together neatly. Third I'm upset my fry cup is not filled completely. Y'all really cheated meout my fries. I ordered three medium fries and all the cups look like a small serving. The afternoon crew here is terrible. No thank you. you're welcome, or please. The drive thru employee was very rude she even... said on the mic, not knowing it was still on, " my stomach hurt, dese people gettin on my nerve". When she told us our total andnever said please drive to the fist window, when we got their we asked how much were the fries, she said "I can't help theprice, I don't make the fries". How rude. When we got to the second window the next employee asked harshly, "what did yallhave", Poor job. Poor customer service, poor communication. By far one of the worse and slowest drive through ever. Only three cars when I arrived at the drive through. Now six cars... behind me line is not moving. Didn't even want to give them the one star should be negative 10!!! Blood splatter on the walls, spilled milk all over the floor... that's been there for idek how long!!! Edit: putting this to 1 star. 7/25 around 4pm, credit card information stolen. this happened to someone else then, too, so i'd... lock the cards you used if you went there that day. When you actually get the food, it's not bad. However, there's no way theemployees are sentient. In the evenings, it's entirely normal to take 5-10 minutes per order, and most of the reason you move upin the drive-thru line is from people leaving the line because they're tired of waiting and not because they got their orders. 2022-07-13 Update Service was decent today despite a lot of construction worker patrons in the dining room, so I'm bumping up my... rating. The large lids were out and, to my shock, they were restocked by the time I went for a refill. Keep going in thisdirection... Now if only we could get the (advertised, but never fulfilled) delivery to numbered tables. 2022-06-10 Update Noketchup again. They had ketchup on Wednesday (6/8). Now they're out again... 2022-06-06 Update No ketchup. How does thateven happen at a McDs? I placed an order at ~1210. It appeared on the in progress screen and disappeared. I saw the ticketfor my order sitting in a pile and an employee picked them up and walk away with them. It turns out she must have decided tothrow it away because when I then asked about my order she couldn't find it. She then made up my order which I received at1246. Pretty sorry service. OLD Review This location has improved dramatically over the last month. It was getting to a pointwhere there was never any (non-diet) soda available, but now they have a nice big soda machine in addition to the freestylemachine (tech. there are two freestyle machines, but one is permanently broken, apparently). There were also much more frequentfights and disruptive behavior between among the employees and sometimes customers, too. This appears to have improved aswell. There's clearly still some kind of leak around the dining room soda dispenser, which makes this area extremely slipperyand dangerous. I nearly fell at least once. Unfortunately, I have to dock a star for this alone as it has been an issue formonths without any resolution. Mopping the floor several times a day (which, to their credit, they do regularly) is not asolution and remains a perpetual safety hazard. Read more
