Don?t trust the order ahead. We placed our online order early in the afternoon, but when it came time to pick up, they hadn?t... even put in the order. They said they were running behind, but then what?s the point of even ordering in advance? Furthermore,if they can?t convey to customers that they are running behind (via text or email) then you?re just kind of stuck. The food isgood, but I can?t recommend a business that has no respect for its customers? time. Read more
I have eaten pizza at the location numerous times over the 14 years that I have lived in the neighborhood and always thought... their pizza was the best around. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to go. It was one of the worst pizzas Ihave ever eaten. The pepperoni was sparsely applied and the crust was so thin and dry that there was no chew to it. Pizza hereis not cheap. The one positive was that it was ready for me when I arrived, but that had to be tempered by the notion that itcould well have been ready long before I arrived in order for the crust to be that dry and brittle. Ordered to go and they gave us a pizza that was barely cooked with raw dough in the center and all the toppings on only a couple... slices. the crust on some of the pizza was almost 3 inches towards the center. Dominos is cheaper and more consistent quality. Iwould suggest you Don?t spend upwards of $30 for a raw pizza with almost no toppings. Read more
Great food, nice service. The ingredients are fresh especially the mushrooms. Today I ordered cloud 9 wings and a medium house... special pizza. Love the thin crust that you can make it a roll! And won't feel too greasy like most pizza. Tbh this is my firsttime dining in at a Mellow Mushroom (although had many deliveries before) and it's beyond my expectations! This restaurant location is racist! Especially when it comes to prioritizing which orders to put together first. I was the only... African American in there which is not a problem at all but so many people walked in after me and before the workers could getto me to even ask how I may have needed help even though I was right in front of the counter they made sure all the other peoplewho were also picking up and placing orders were taken care of first. I ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes for 2 items evenafter ilI told them which order I was picking up. so I would recommend anyone of color if they want to be treated with the samerespect and have their food prioritized as much as everyone else to take their business to another location! Bad service, manager was a pain, i ordered a pizza that was half veggie with no olives and half pepperoni and i received only... half cheese and veggie with olives. Absolutely No Pepperoni, and they added olives on top of that to further mess up the orderand we couldn?t even eat the pizza!!!! Like look at this mess! Then i asked for a refund and the manager didnt want to at all. Ieven offered to show these pictures and he was trying to demand i bring it back in when I was not able to due to me being on myshift at work. Me and Joyce were very unhappy with this ???? . There are a lot of Mellow Mushrooms in the Atlanta area but this is the one we always return to. It reminds me of a locally... owned pizzeria growing up. Read more
First of all, I?d give this place 100 stars if I could! Where do I even begin?? The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I... received superb treatment over the phone and even better treatment once we arrived to dine-in yesterday. We had a pretty roughday and just the warmth and kindness from Yael (our lovely server) and Amelia (the fabulous bartender) was bar none!
