Our service tonight was terrible. I?m not sure if our waiter was new or just a full in but not a good experience. We sat down... and ordered 4 waters and a soda. After a few minutes he brought 2 waters to the table. Five minutes or so pass and he comes backwith no more drinks but to ask if we were ready to order. We again ordered the rest of the drinks, 2 appetizers and a pizza. Hebrought out the waters and asked if we ordered a soda. After about 20 min or so our pizza comes out with no appetizers. I askedhim to check on them and he said he was going to get them. He only comes back with 1 of the appetizer we never received thesecond one. Then I had to ask for napkins since we were not provided any or any cutlery. I apologize to him because I forgot toorder a side of ranch. He comes back with blue cheese. After 5 more min pass I had to flag down a waitress for ranch. We ate andhad no complaints about the food. He returned and asked if everything was good. At that moment we had everything we needed. Wedid not see him the rest of the service. I had to go in to the host to pay the check letting them know we did not receive one ofthe appetizers. They removed it from my check and we left. Read more
Took over an hour to get my calzone to go order. No because it wasn?t ready because nobody bothered to take the box from the... oven and put it on the pick up window. I sat there for almost an hour it took 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged methey didn?t checked on me twice but never once bother to see if the food was done they just asked me have I been helped. Finallyafter an hour I asked if there was an update on when I can get my food. The girl goes in the back comes out and goes oh yeahit?s been sitting on the oven. Should be clear I probably only needed to wait 10 minutes instead I waited nearly an hour so thatI could have a dried out over cooked cold calzone that I paid $20 for. Quick service. Good place to dine. Very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. I have always liked Mello Mushroom ????.... First time at this location. Ordered a cheese calzon to pickup, which was ready in 15 minutes. Overall good calzon, but had toomuch outer bread crust for my taste. Will come here again. Read more
Spinach Artichoke Dip was awesome and light too. Perfect combination. I ordered veg pizza and it has tangy taste with spicy add... ons. Bread is too fresh and organic. Interior is childish and good for children. Read more
Normally Mellow is my favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, however, it seems like the Buckhead locations standards have fallen... greatly since the initial COVID shut down. I ordered for delivery and requested extra dressing for my salad. Apparently nowextra dressing means two half filled ramekins which is clearly not enough dressing to actually dress the full size salad (seeattached pictures for comparison). Additionally, they give you hardly any veggies to actually eat your hummus. Look at thehummus I got delivered vs. what is advertised online. I understand needing to cut costs after having to close, but are dressingand veggies (probably the cheapest items you can buy) really the place to do it? Lastly, my pie was completely uncooked in themiddle. If you want a good meal I?d recommend you head to Davinci?s in Midtown instead. Read more
Their pizza and drinks are very good so I couldn't give less then four stars. The only criticism I have is that they seem to go... light on the toppings. I'd recommend ordering extra of your favorite toppings. For take out you can sit at the bar and have adrink while you wait for your pizza. They have a lot of local and large name national beers as well as a Mexican and Germanoption. Read more
