The daiquiri machine was out upon arrival, the bartender wasn?t delighted by this nor did she try to hide it at all. Countlessly... saying she ?didn?t want to be here and it was a waste of time coming here. ? after realizing they had contactless menus nothanks to the service because no one spoke to us for 10 minutes while sitting at the bar with 3 people behind it. After gettingthe bartender?s attention finally we tried to cancel our food order after five minutes of ordering because of an emergency andsince the food was starting to be prepared we had to still pay for it. Worst experience ever. If you want true service with at atable and not the bar. They do not follow safety proc all with open knifes on the bar. My wife and I visited this location on a hum bug. We had already eaten so I didn't order food. However, that didn't stop Meagan!... She had the turkey ribs over rice with collards and mash potatoes. I tasted a little bit of everything and I must say it wasscromdiliomptious! We also had daiquiris! She had the sour green apple and I had the Hulk smash. They were baby makin good! This was my second time going here to eat. The first time the rice was cold but had good flavor and the drinks were great. This... time the food was terrible, I asked for my pasta to have extra Alfredo sauce it came out soaked in oil/butter. The seafood ricewas hard and had only 1 shrimp, barely no crawfish and no crab. I was driving down the street and just happened to see this place. Reviews had me feeling a little iffy but I?m glad I went in.... Nice selection of drinks like in New Orleans and they are pretty strong. Customer service isn?t necessarily the greatest butnothing that would prevent me from trying them again. No one acknowledged all the people waiting at the door to be seated, so Idecided to go to the bar to place a carry out order. The bartender was real cool and thankfully my food only took about 10 minsto come out. I ordered the seafood rolls. Food presentation is trash but the rolls were delicious. It took me about 40 mins toget home and the rolls were still warm enough to eat when I arrived. They of course weren?t as crunchy, but I can just imaginehow delicious they would be fresh. They are like a crab cake mixture rolled up in an egg roll. They?re kinda spicy, but nothingridiculous. I like spicy food, so this was perfect! I definitely would recommend this place.
