They're literally stealing money. I put in an online order at 7:38pm, got an email at 7:41pm saying it's ready for pick up. My... friend showed up by 7:55pm to pick up our orders... doors were locked. A staff member saw her and told her they closed at 7pm...why did me and my friends all get emails that our food was ready? And they can't refund it now? And the national customerservice line is CLOSED? ???? they must be going under... Read more

I was super excited to see Panera Bread being that I haven't had it in a while. I walked up to the counter made direct eye... contact with the cashier and said good morning. This rude heffa just looked at me and proceeded to continue to break a boxdown... So I spoke again this time with a hey how you doing. She was looking at me as if I was speaking French. Never responded.So I said do I place my order here? She looked at me with disgust and reluctantly took my order. Then proceeds to correct mewhen I asked for cream cheese. She is a heavy set black woman with long red faux locks and glasses. I only ordered a Asiagobagel with walnut honey cream cheese. It took them way to long to toast it and give it to me. The area where the food was beingprepared was unorganized, slow, and chaotic. Customer service here sucks. And PS clean that dam drink station it was disgusting. Read more

I usually don?t leave reviews like this, but don?t waste your time here - not worth the hassle, and they out of a lot of main... items like baguettes, at Panera BREAD and multiple soups (not the first time they?re out of main items they sell). I ordered ayou pick two without any meat on the kiosk, then went over to make sure the food is made without any meat. She said no meat willbe on it. 15 mins later I get my food even though they weren?t that busy. I had a Togo order, and my friend tried to call in herorder originally. She was told they aren?t taking any phone orders because they were too busy - straight up lie. There was oneother person waiting on food and restaurant was empty. When I got my food, I checked my food which, of course, had meat on it,so I went back in to let them know. They remade it and offered a pastry, which was nice. Once I got the food back, I checkedagain. This time the panini was made incorrectly. It?s even worse because I asked what comes on the panini, and she told me,then they clearly didn?t check nor make it correctly. They also forgot the chips (told them, and they gave me a bag - not a hugedeal but worth noting). At this point, I just took the food and left. Definitely don?t recommend! So many other good options in this area?eat somewhere else. I ordered a Greek salad and the lettuce was wilting, the tomatoes... were soft, cucumbers were slimy. The salad was old; and ugh, this experience ruined it for Panera for me for a while. And Ireally enjoy Panera. =( I used the kiosk to place my order and had zero interaction with any workers. They didn?t evenacknowledge me with a simple hello; and it wasn?t busy or anything. Panera needs to maintain some sort of standards as afranchise; but unfortunately, each Panera location varies and this by far is a grade F- in my books. Read more

I?m genuinely shocked to see any negative reviews!! I work in the same plaza as this Panera and my coworker put me on to it.... I?ve worked in this plaza for 5 years and never stepped foot into Panera. The food is so good man that frontega chicken and theMac has me in a CHOKEHOLD!! LOL! And the STAFF is ALWAYS amazing. So helpful and kind it makes me feel like management is doingright by them. The two ladies at the register yesterday around 11:30 are ALWAYS helpful and kind and PAIGE IS MY GIRL!!EVERYBODY deserves to be recognized. Read more
