Let me just say that Tavia goes above and beyond! On Monday 10/31/22 I ordered from another store (#1702 on Cascade Ave, not... this location) I had the worst experience. However, I was given the wrong store number. I sent the email to corporate and Taviacalled me immediately. It wasn't even her store but she was the nicest and helped me resolve my issues. Poor delivery service. I found out later that they didn?t have a driver when they took my order but they took my pre-paid order... anyway!! I was told 30-45 mins. For delivery. The whole time my order was sent out to another food delivery service, thencanceled when their drivers came in and put down as a pick up. Meanwhile, I?m waiting for my order because I had no knowledge ofthis until I called. Had me waiting ALL THIS TIME! So I did a reorder and I?m still waiting! SMH. This place should be shutdown! This location is a complete joke! They delivered half my order. Then stated that they would come and bring the rest to me and... never did. I ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust Friday night to be delivered. This is our usual place for pizza and have never had... problems before. This pizza's crust was totally burnt. This Papa Johns location is currently using DoorDash to deliver their pizza. Because of this, pizzas take 2+ hours to be... delivered if the pizzas are even delivered at all. My two most recent orders followed suit. One pizza was extremely late, onanother occasion I went to pick the pizza up after waiting an hour and a half. Because my pizza had been sitting - I asked themanager to remake and he did. Overall, if you choose to order from this location, be sure to set your order for pick up insteadof delivery. Read more
Second time ordering that my order was done wrong this time pizza must have just been thrown in box or dropped. Instead of... getting one of there delivery guys they used door dash and lady called me then started to drive off after handing food tosomeone else then said that she didn't have my order even though it was sitting beside her.
