They routinely fail to deliver correctly. Don?t even know why we bother with better pizza joints all over the area.

My food never showed up. This locations new scheme is to blame DoorDash when there is an issue, but I rarely have a issue with... DoorDash, there?s always an issue with this Papa Johns. I work as a driver. I got a order that took me 20 minutes to drive to store. Got to the store and was told to cancel order. Then... papa john's sends me two more orders for me. I call and have a dasher agent call . No body picks up. If you can't make orderdon't use outside drivers. No one wants to drive to the store for free. Got food poisoning from them. I ordered a large veggie pizza from them and that was the only thing I ate that day. I was... perfectly fine before I ate their pizza. Every time we go into this restaurant we find only one employee there who is completely overwhelmed. We tried going in today to... place an order in person since our online orders always get messed up, and we were actually told by a very stressed employeethat he was not taking anymore orders. Regarding pizza my husband had last nite: Toppings were scarce in most places and didn't even cover pizza to the edge. I'm sick... of places that INUNDATE US with their commercials while putting out mediocre products. Quality seems to be inverselyproportional to # of ads per hour.
