The Cookie n Cream of this cake was $54 and it taste BLAND & DRY and there was no cookie in the cake; just literally light crumb... sprinkles. We also purchased the lime cupcakes and it taste the same as the cookie cake with just a slight difference in theicing. I politely asked if that could write a happy birthday message and I was denied. However, we were head to dinner anddidn?t have time to go elsewhere. Usually, we would go to Publix for their fantastic cakes (with any message of your choosingbeing added) but we decided to do something different this year and that was a huge mistake. Yesterday was my birthday so I decided to go to Piece of Cake for a couple of slices. I got 2 red velvet and my husband bought 2... of another kind. Ive been there once before and it was delicious, but this time my cake was dry. I was so?.disappointed afterdriving so far to get the cake. I didn?t find out until after I got home. When I walked in I just knew it was going to smell of sweet treats and deliciousness!!! But boy was I Disappointed! This cake... shop smelled nothing of cake, the customer service was ehh...okay, and the selection was decent. I purchased a slice of redvelvet and a cookie for my daughter. My daughter enjoyed the cookie however I cannot say the same about my cake. Although it wasmoist, fluffy, and big it just wasn't a home run in the taste department.
