I?ve come here a few times before & the service was quick & effortless for the most part, but today the older, bald-headed man... with glasses gave me a hard time for no apparent reason. He suggested at intentionally sabotaging future orders, so I don?tthink I?m comfortable ordering from this location going forward. Very rude service. I called to place an order and the guy didn?t even say? hello, thanks for calling Pizza Hut? etc He simply... said hello so, I hung up thinking that I had the wrong number. So I stopped by the location only to be waiting in the lobby fora few minutes while Jerron (the same guy that answered the phone) yells, uses profanity and a verbally abuse I?ve banter withstaff. Next he comes to lobby then picks up the phone to insult a customer who had an issue with their food. After he got offthe phone; He then just looks at me instead of asking for my order. After I placed my order; he still said nothing to me andproceeded to yell and be unprofessional by continuing his convo with the kitchen staff. Unbelievable! Read more
The customer service is truly always bad. They never call and tell you that they don?t have delivery drivers, they just don?t... make the pizza, or don?t say anything at all in hopes you?ll come get it. They don?t have any delivery drivers so they partnerthrough door dash but it?s so unreliable. They should offer carry out only at this point. I ordered at 1:22. It?s 3 and I stilldon?t have the one pizza I ordered, with no driver at the moment either. Not to mention it says to call the store but then thegirl at Pizza Hut says I?ll have to call DoorDash. I was looking to try Pizza Hut after so many years and of being a Loyal Domino?s customer and I regret it. The pizza was halfway... cooked?the middle was practically raw. They need to calibrate the oven or cook the pizzas a little longer. Read more

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app specifically because I've had issues with uber/doordash drivers in the past and didn't want to... use that type of service. Got a text from doordash anyways, apparently Pizza Hut pawned my order off on them rather than usetheir own drivers. Plus my delivery note that was left in the Pizza Hut app didn't make it to the doordash order. Edit: Thefood was better than it's been in a while, and the guy who answered the phone politely explained they don't have their owndrivers. Just an unfortunate decision by management means I likely won't order any more. Read more
