Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Pizza was cooked wrong. The person running the front desk argued with me, was... dirty in appearance, had headphones in her ear. She ripped the box out of my hand and told me to reorder my food on the app.Asked for her manager because it was just crazy- come to find out that she is the store manager. Still am in shock that she isin charge of the store (explains why the store is rating so poorly). Avoid this location at all costs. You are better offgetting a pizza ?Lunchables? from a gas station over going to this location. Seriously not worth it. Go literally anywhereelse. Read more

Pizza Hut does not smell and taste the same anymore and I have had to choose other places to go. I don't know what they've done... but no matter which location I go to is always has that off smell to it. It doesn't smell like pizza. Even people I've spoken tobut I know have you even said the same thing. It's not like it used to be back in the 90s I will say that. Most of these restaurants are cutting cost on ingredients and I know things are scares but it just does not settle well with my stomachanymore. Sadly. Cuz this used to be a place where I enjoy going. Pizza hut at 4957 Winters Chapel Rd Atlanta GA is Absolutely the worst! Terrible customer service always, they always be getting... customer's orders wrong and later blame the customer. Once I called an order in and the lady Even told me what my total wasand everything, and when I went to pick it up 30 minutes later they claimed I never called anything in; another time I order twopersonal pan pizza and they made two large. Pizza Hut 2300 Holcomb Bridge Rd. No One Out Pizza's The Hut...????They have a Large Pizza with up to 3 toppings for only $10.00... + tax. Or get a???? Large Pizza with up to 5 toppings for $12.99. If I could give less than one star I would I ordered at 8:54 pm they are 6 minutes away from me. It is now 11:02 and I do not... have my food! I have called multiple times and have been told something different each and every time. At this point just closethis Pizza Hut down they aren?t delivering food or making sure orders are right soo why are they even open. And I can almostguarantee when my food does come it will be cold. I placed an online order. It was 35 minutes late. The wings in the combo were not the flavor I ordered. And you can see from the... photos the care that was taken to deliver my pizza where the actual box and pizza were folded. And everything was cold. I won'tbe ordering from here again. Terrible experience. Ordered a pick up, and the employee was super rude after we waited patiently even though the app said it... was ready. She was just playing on her phone. Unreal! And then on top of that, gave me the wrong pizza. At that point just tookwhat I could get, thinking that was the end of it. But no! The pizza was undercooked, had to go to a different pizza shop alltogether. Definitely avoid this location. Read more
