If you mess up, we complain. Therefore, if you get it right, I MUST give you yours: On the night of Tuesday, September 20, 2022... at about 9pm I picked up my pizza from the Bolton Road Pizza Hut. I'm 48 y/o and that was the best Supreme Pizza that I've hadout of Pizza Hut since the early 80's!!! The restaurant was CLEAN! The girl at the counter was great; and the tall slim dude wholooked like a young Snoop Dogg cooking the pizza should be promoted. The gentleman did such an outstanding job with that pizzathat he should be training Pizza Hut employees nationwide on how to cook a Pizza Hut pizza the original way! Out standing BoltonRoad! Went to go pick up breadsticks and they would not take quarters as payment! No coin shortage here! And they would rather eat or... throw away the food rather than take my US currency quarters!!! No dimes, no Nicole?s, all quarters! I wonder if the owner knowsabout this type of waste?! Went to the S. Cobb location where they had absolutely no problem accepting quarters! Ordered on the app for pickup and showed up well after i was told on the app my food would be ready. I stood at the counter in... front of an associate and was acknowledged after about 5 minutes because she was on her personal cell. Ordered the edge pizza,and a medium pizza with different ingredients on each half. My edge pizza was cut like a regular pizza instead of in squareslike it?s advertised. My pepperoni pizza with half green peppers, half banana peppers came out half pepperoni, half cheese.Received no apology, but asked if i wanted it made again, as if I had made the mistake on what i ordered. Waited an additional15 minutes, still no apology, still paid full price. Left without my drink being given to me and had to turn around. Breadstickswere drenched in garlic sauce, not sure why because i didn?t request it and never had breadsticks from Pizza Hut like that.Lashida showed no remorse or empathy for her lack of customer service. Bad location. My friend has a dairy allergy and Pizza Hut's menu offers a lot for her but looks like we won't be using this... location again. One of my pizzas was not made to order. They were both burnt. They had not been delivered an hour after thewebsite indicated delivery. We had to pick up ourselves. The wings were inedible. Read more
