I would have given this place less than one star if that were possible. Their smoothies seem watered down to me but I was with... a friend who still wanted to go so I ended up with yogurt. The yogurt machine stopped (completely out) before I could finishand instead of checking the machine to see what was going on, I was confronted by the employee with "so you say the machine isout"? He never even tried the machine. Not only that, the yogurt sucked and the toppings were not even fresh and the "customerservice" was nonexistent. Will not go again ever! Read more

1 person ringing in and making the drinks for 7 people with zero help. I?ve been coming here for 3 years and this place has been... on the decline. I used to come weekly. Now it?s only twice a month, if that. Quality of drinks is fine (hence the extra star)but the customer service is atrocious. Waiting 15 minutes for a smoothy, 10 of which are just so the one person can clear outthe line before they even start making a drink, is beyond frustrating. And become more the norm.
