The drive through line was extremely slow. I found out that it was mainly due to the restaurant running out of food and... customers needing to modify their orders. I placed mine and waited my turn. I get to the window and the person blurts out alist of sides. Ultimately he's letting me know that my fries are no longer available and I needed to get something else. Themanager was nice, she asked me if I'd like to sample the last batch of tea she made for the night. If it wasn't for her, myexperience would unfortunately be 1 star. The cashier almost forgot to give me the drink I ordered, and when I got home I foundout that they didn't add the 2nd biscuit that I paid for. The only thing that matched my initial order or didn't have an issuewere the 4 piece chicken. Not a good statistic -- 1 out of 4 items right. Read more
Terrible attitudes, terrible service, terrible food. Sweet tea had body spray or perfume in it. Disgusting. Ordered two whole... wing combos, which were the smallest whole wings I?ve seen in life. I order on line they had no dessert I order a apple pie. The young lady was nice enough to give me Mac & cheese my food I order... was popcorn shrimp ???? they didn?t have any so she replace it with butterfly shrimp . I get my food and it was cold and a fewbutterfly shrimp ??????????????? Read more
I don't want to give any stars. The price for the chicken with red beans and rice was $27.45. They were out of a lot of the... side orders. When I asked what pieces were included, the very haughty manager came to the window and told me. When I receivedmy order the rice was spilled in the bag and yet one of the employees with a broom in her hand said that the rice was notspilled. They wiped it off and gave it back to me. denying that it was the same little, tiny cup of rice and beans. I decidedto return the order and get my refund. The manager was very nasty so she did not even give it back correctly. When I asked whothe owner/operator of this establishment is, the manager mumbled some name and kept walking to the back. This Popeye's shouldbe closed until they can get decent employees. It is a ratchet, "street" place to order food. Looking at the reviews, it needsa "Do Over" and Popeye's has the audacity to keep building these restaurants all over this city and these cities allow theminstead of making them clean up the ones already established with these bad reviews. Chicken was very greasy. I had no napkins for my greasy chicken. I had no fork for my mashed potatoes. They had no honey for my... dry Biscuit. And no straw for my sprite that was soda water. I guess I?m supposed to eat everything through osmosis. I droveback to tell them their sprite was out and I would just take a coke instead, and she gave me another sprite with attitudecompletely ignoring my request. I drove off just to taste my sprite for it to still be soda water. So I drove back around AGAINto get a coke and I asked her if she understood when I said the sprite was out? Another associate gave me a coke and she says mybad. Went through that drive thru 3x?s and I was so concerned about my drink I didn?t even get my fork. At this point I just hadto park my car and go to RaceTrac. Hot mess. Shoulda just took a refund or sum. Read more

I just left this location and the person who took my order in the drive through was pleasant. The young teen at the window could... use some additional training in customer service. When she gave me my food, I asked where were the condiments and she said therestaurant didn't have any. So I guess I'm supposed to eat dry chicken tenders. I also ordered cold slaw. I assume I wassupposed to drink it since I was not provided a utensil. The 2 piece was horrible. Read more
