My experience was simply amazing. The moment I entered the building I was met with superb hospitality. Mr.Conrad was our server... and he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and very professional. He made my friends birthday one to remember. The managerbrought us a vase for her birthday flowers and just overwhelmed us with outstanding customer service. My steak was soooo tenderand seasoned to perfection. My sides were delectable, my margarita was good and stiff just how I like it. Decided to eat downstairs in the hotel restaurant we didn't have a reservation but were still accommodated a table for two.... Saturday night wasn't the best night to stop in without a reservation so we were fortunate to get a table. Restaurant wasslightly busy just after 8pm .Ordered the porterhouse for two well done so our wait time was longer than normal , staff seemedover tasked at times covering multiple tables but were kind and friendly. I love Ruth Chris . Yet, lately the food hasn’t been good here. The calamari was rubbery. The shrimp & mash potatoes had lumpy... sauce. I except superior food for the prices I am paying. I don’t think I’ll continue to come back to this location.Disappointed again. Read more

Four of my friends where visiting from out of town staying at the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant. I arrived later... after they ordered. I sat down for about seven minutes without any server speaking to me and then the runner brought out thefood but was confused about the pivot order and the server Paul came over to assist him and explain who's food was who's. I madea joke about understanding pivoting and Paul never spoke too me. He began to place the food on the table leaning over me. Iturned my head so his arm pit wouldn't be in my face any more as he started to re-fill water glasses on the table after placingfood plates on the table still not speaking to me at all. I patiently waited for him to acknowledge me at the table and asked ifI wanted something to at least drink or order some food but I never got anything until another server from a different tablenoticed that I was just sitting there waiting and he asked me did I want anything and then I finally spoke to a supervisor. Thesupervisor did nothing the supervisor spoke to me and said it won’t happen again and then totally ignored me for the rest ofthe time there I never got to order any food because no other server came to the table.
