The customer service is BAD! The shorter gentleman serving the rice and veggies was really rude to multiple customers. He was... just throwing rice and veggies in the plates with no care. It was many of our first time so we didn?t know that we had to grabour own plates. He was making faces at us and rushing us. When I tasted my teriyaki chicken it was NOT teriyaki at all it wasdry. I went back to ask for a side of teriyaki and the same shorter gentleman was very rude and did not try to help me fix myproblem. All he kept saying is that he could not put it in a to go sauce container. All in all, it was a waste of money becauseI could not eat that dry food and that shorter gentleman should either not be working in customer service or should be in theback. Read more
It was bland. My daughter ordered the chicken and I had the beef. Bland veggies, rice, and meat. They gave very little meat over... the rice. No kind of sauce to add flavor. I wasted my money. Never again. UPDATE: So you only respond to the veggies being blandand not the other foods I've mentioned ?????? Sarku Japan use to be popping not so much now. Horrible customer service. Dumplings show picture with sauce. No sauce comes with it. No refund. False advertising and poor... customer service. Will never go back. Read more
Good food at affordable rate. Chicken teriyaki was superb. They provide very good quantity of food.
UPDATE!!!!! So good. I love this place. Unfortunately, I took the place after I eaten half of it already. Lol I had the special... of the day which was the chicken teriyaki with white rice and vegetables.. . SEPT 12TH today I got the volcano roll and it hadplastic in it. Super upset! Read more

this day we decided to eat outside the house, we visited this mall and we saw this food place just like the one in lenox mall,... it had no customers when other businesses did, we decided to eat here resulting in that it is not worth paying for what you eat,the rice without flavor, just a small portion of chicken nothing to do with the high price they charge for food and weunderstand why they have no clientele, they should solve their problem Read more
