Love their salads. This is my go-to place for salads and healthy food, and tap tea. They literally have every topping you can... imagine. (I enjoy the jicama) Their salad dressing and bread is so bomb and fresh! This visit they were out of kale, which mademe sad. I also love their salmon and shrimp as my protein. They are not over seasoned and taste healthy. The restaurant isalways clean. Read more

Salata is the newest shiny toy in the Peachtree Center collection. I?ve thoroughly enjoyed my salad each time I?ve been. The... base + free topping/pay for a protein model works really well, and they have a staggering multitude of topping options and gooddressings. Each salad comes with a bread choice too - the croissants are very tasty. The tea tap is, for me, worth the pricefor a drink every time. The peach lemonade mixed with the sweet black tea is delightful (there are both tea and lemonadeoptions). As other reviews have mentioned, docking a star for the line. During the lunch peak, it getsvery backed up and it?sgoing to be a tough wait - I agree that it appears there is too much emphasis on the mobile orders vs. the customers there inflesh. Read more
Very delicious custom made salads with every veggie, topping, salad dressing and protein you can imagine. Plus they have limeade... and other delicious lemonade and tea variations that pair well with salad. The line moves fast and it is one of the best optionsfor lunch in the peachtree center food court.
